That was the longest, most incompetent oil change ever therefore this may be the longest review. What happened to the older gentlemen who knew what they were doing and saying? They used to be great! Really great!!! 1) simply scheduling the appointment tools damn near 15 minutes over the phone (incompetence) 2) they do a 1 hour oil change only to inform me that they don't have a filter the correct size and one will be delivered, no ETA given (incompetence & lack of consideration for customer's time) 2) after waiting for an extra 30 minutes of being ignored by the person working the front desk and no updates, I take it upon myself to step into the doorway and speak to the mechanic for an update. No delivery was made but they allegedly found the part needed. (Lack of consideration for customer's time and poor communication) 3) then the mechanic can't start my car after more than 3 tries? I NEVER had a single issue or concern starting my car until they touched it (VERY CONCERNING) 4) about to drive away and see that the sticker now says I have over 1 million miles on my car.....so I went back for a sticker with the correct mileage. 5) The service desk person reveals his lack of sense. He told me that I could do a tire rotation every 6 months or whenever I want, that it has nothing to do with mileage ^insert eye roll. This information is inconsistent with what I was told at this same establishment when buying the tires many months ago. (Lack of professional knowledge, laziness or just trying to lie to the customer's face) I received not a single apology for the delays or multiple errors. I could have received 5 or 6 oil changes in the time I patiently waited for just an update on my car. Now I'm late for all of my appointments for the morning. Please educate the desk person on how to use the computer properly, handle inventory and learn the basics about cars and communicating professionally before putting him in front of customers. You now have lost a faithful custie!

Solid crew, got a flat and a bubble, young lad with the beard squared me away without an appointment, fixed her up without issue and even showed me the issues that my tires had.

The worst place to ever go to . Went to this place for a patch on a tire and the people literally took a nail out the tire and then began to deflate the other three tires and charged me for that terrible service 0 stars

Don’t change your tires here waited more than an hour for a call and when I came back my tire was still sitting there the same spot. Took two more hours for them to fix one damn tire and the manager useless came late to work and was giving me lame excuses saying he worked late yesterday when they close at 7. Ridiculous in my opinion ???

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Sitting outside after bringing in my car with a nail in the tire. At first they told me it would be a quick fix, no replacement needed and it would be ready by the end of the day. None of that was true. The following day they called saying I would need four new tires, an oil change and a new battery. Really, the complete opposite of what they had said the day prior. So now I’m outside their garage in the cold with a flat tire and a dead battery. Do not go to this Firestone to get your car serviced unless you enjoy being lied to and scammed. Literally go to any other shop. Horrible customer service and experience. Never again!

Made an appointment online with Firestone in Revere Ma. at the Northgate mall to get an oil change, to test the battery and to do a seasonal tire changeover done . When I got there it took close to 10 mins before an employee came to the counter. I tell the guy I booked the appt online he looks it up in their system and we go over what's to be done. He tells me it will be 2 hours and that he emailed me the work order. No problem , I'll wait. While I'm sitting I pull up the work order on my phone : oil change $107, tire changeover $124 and battery test $37.99. 2 hours comes and goes another 30 mins I'm told. All over Firestones web site it promotes Free battery test at all their locations. I'm thinking they will deduct that when I check out. Nope he totals it up including the $37.99 . I speak up and tell him how the website says it's free. There is no way an employee doesn't know this. He wants me to show him where it says that then says never mind and deducts the charge. What an asshat if you don't speak up they will gladly rip you off! It wasn't enough that the tire swap was over priced . They also did not refill the washer fluid, which is also mentioned as part of an oil change. It's got me wondering what else they didn't do as part of the service! Why is it so friggin hard to find a reputable garage that does an honest job? Oh and what ever you do if you go there do not use the bathroom.
