Not a lot bad to say here. Room, shower and bathroom was clean, staff was helpful and accommodating, bed was comfortable and breakfast was really good. Im looking for something negative to say but can't find immediately anything except they don't accept cash security deposit which complicated for me since my room was booked by a friend and i didn't have a card with me. But the staff was helpful and helped me solve the issue. An extra is they provide shuttle services to the airport.

Great experience at this hotel!• Close to public transit into the city (~5-7 min walk to the T - blue line)• sufficient breakfast options (hot/cold available)• clean rooms• friendly staff• good amenities (indoor pool, gym, laundry)• good shuttle service to airport (~10 mins, make sure you book in advance for early am flights // and same day booking for arrivals)Only recommendation: is to improve their coordination with the shuttle service, I noticed when I booked my services, they didn’t ask me enough questions (how many ppl / flight time / airline, etc) When we arrived we waiting over an hour for the shuttle, but to catch our flight we were good!Highly recommend and would stay here again

I stayed 4 nights at this hotel. It's newer, the beds are comfy, bathrooms are nice, and overall it was a nice hotel room. I saw others complain on here about noise -- I did not experience any noise issues. Three things the hotel can really improve on:1. They don't tell you that you need to hang a sign on your doorknob if you want housekeeping to bring you more towels, take out trash, etc. We were never told that and I have never had to do that at a hotel (and I've stayed at my fair share, including other Holiday Inns).2. I appreciate LOADS that we had a continental breakfast; however, come on Holiday Inn; you can do better. We had four breakfasts here and it was always the same, all four days except one day there was bacon instead of sausage. Give us some variety and fruit dude.3. The price; $300/night during the week after taxes is a bit steep! I know it's by Boston, but... come on. It's not even downtown Boston.OK, now to the positives! I called the hotel after we had our luggage at the airport and a free shuttle came and picked us up; it was there in less than 5 minutes! The shuttle driver was very nice and what a nice perk to have a shuttle take you for free to the hotel from the airport. We arrived too early for checkin, but they did put our luggage in a locked room so that was good. The hotel is also a ~5 minute walk to the subway station, another plus. The hotel room is pretty nice and what you'd hope from a Holiday Inn; cozy bed, tiny fridge, nice big bathroom and nice shower! We let the front desk know two days ahead of time we needed a shuttle bus to take us to the airport and they put us on the list. The shuttle bus driver was very nice and arrived on time. Again, a great free perk to be driven straight to the airport from the hotel!I want to give this hotel 5/5 but I can't until they take care of the housekeeping thing, have better breakfast, and lower the price to at least $250. I do appreciate it was convenient (hotel shuttle bus, close to subway, continental breakfast) to stay at this hotel, vs staying downtown Boston for $500+/night.

PROS:o Clean, modern facility.o Comfortable bed.CONS:o Their website advertises rooms with tubs...NOT TRUE!! Our booking was for an "accessible" room, but we did not receive. I inquired at the front desk about this. Desk agent advised me that there were no rooms with tubs in the facility.o Entrance difficult to find, particularly at night.o Limited bar, basics only.BOTTOMLINE: OK stay, but avoid if you must have a tub.

The room could’ve been a little bit cleaner. Front desk staff didn’t know how to answer some questions correctly about the establishment and I got different answers from multiple people. Not sure why everyone’s not on the same page. You cannot order food and eat it in the dining area. You have to eat it in the front lobby Casual sit down area you cannot eat food in the bar unless it’s ordered from the bar. the bar food is not that good. There’s no sign saying you cannot eat food in an area where they have breakfast with about 40 places to sit. There’s nowhere else really to eat in the building. On top of all that the employees get to park in the very front like they’re the ones staying there as diamond members those spots are supposed to be for customers not employees lack of management here big-time. Not really in the best convenience spot it’s kind of a pain to get in and out of. I will not be staying here.

We selected this hotel because of the shuttle to and from the airport. When we arrived around 8 pm from an international flight we called the hotel to try to get the shuttle. We called the hotel many times and they never answered. So we grabbed a cab to travel to the hotel. We arrived to check in and the clerk was checking us in was friendly and we asked what we did wrong to get the shuttle. He said did you call? We said yes many times. He then stated oh yeah the phone was ringing but "I did not answer it". So we were out another 25 dollars on a fairly expensive one night stay. We did schedule a ride back in the morning which went absolutely wonderfully. The hotel was very nice and clean. The bartender was very nice and very helpful providing a late night snack.

We arrived a little after 11pm on Friday and Angela was working at the front desk. She was on the phone when we walked in, and did not greet us before asking what my name was. While we were being checked in, she told us a credit card was need for a security deposit. She then handed us a parking pass for our rental car and informed me that parking was $15 a day and would be taken out of the security deposit. We paid over $1000 to stay the weekend and were also charged to park at the hotel???? Make it make sense. The room was tighter than a tick’s behind with barely enough room to accommodate our family of 3. The only convenience of this hotel was being close to the airport for our trip home.Rooms: The rooms are about the size of a walk-in closet.Nearby activities: We were visiting Salem and it was about a half hour drive with no traffic. We came on Halloween weekend so we experienced some heavy traffic on Saturday.

The rooms were updated and very clean. The free breakfast was great, they had a lot to choose from and changed it up a bit from day to day. They offer the free shuttle back and forth to the Airport which is a huge bonus. With that being said, it's super close to the airport and planes were constantly going past, so take that into consideration. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I also like the fact that the location is only 30 minutes or so from everything I wanted to see and go do. The beach was a 10 minute walk as well which I loved! I will definitely stay there again and I highly recommend.Walkability: Walking distance to food, convenient stores and the beach front.

Nice Holiday Inn Express near Boston Logan Airport. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Great location about a 15 minute walk to a supermarket and a Target store. Walking distance to Revere Beach. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel grounds were clean. Check inn was efficient. Decent breakfast but nothing special. No complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

First time in my life that I see this I found a mouse in our room when I arrived. I go down to the reception with my family in an emergency asking to speak to a manager the manager was in a meeting she did not ask to speak to me about the whole stay. We were just changed rooms. In the evening in the corridors nobody respects the people who sleep. It screams, it laughs loudly. The breakfast is poor. I chose this hotel based on reviews, not price. Go your way it's not worth it. The swimming pool is covered but the water is freezing.

This hotels breakfast was amazing, and the dining area was clean. Everyone we met were very nice. Especially Joann at the front desk. She had helped us out with the microwave issue right away. She had gone beyond the service most would do. Thank you for your help, it ment the most to me as a new mom. I was so stressed from a vacation with a toddler and our flight being canceled. You Joann are truly the best and I can't thank you enough.

Booked this hotel specifically to leave our vehicle here and take a shuttle to the airport, like their website says is available for $15/day. Arrived at the hotel and was told we can take a shuttle but we cannot park our car there. The people at the front desk, all seem to not know what was going on, told me that we have to book parking ahead of time. It does not mention this on their website. If they told me it was full, then fine, but they didn't say that. I asked if they can just add on the amount to our hotel charge. Nope. They said theres nothing they can do. I hate stupidity. How is there nothing you can do to help your customers out in this situation? Right now as I write this review, our hotel room tv doesn't have a signal, "because of the weather." Plus it's trashy Revere. Stay away!

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for my sister, her 10-yr old daughter and I.The bathroom was spacious and towels nice and soft.Beds were comfortable. The lobby was very chic, modern, and offered tons of space. The continental breakfast was also very good- the staff was attentive to the levels of food. Everything was hot and available every time we were there. The location was great for us, as we were spending most of our trip up in Salem. The drive from the hotel to Salem was so scenic and enjoyable! Close enough proximity to Boston downtown and the airport. We rented a car and the parking lot was a real pain. There can't be more than 30 available spots and most of them are a decent walk to the door. It's an oddly-shaped lot and very uncomfortable to navigate.

Very thin walls, noisy guests, loud vehicles outside all night, flashing smoke alarms that drove me nuts. Not a relaxing place. Careful, the shower is slippery without grips. Rough toilet paper. Snacks were just junk food. Plus side- good location between Boston, Salem, and the airport. Across from a Target.

Nicest Holiday Inn we've stayed at in our 2 weeks vacation. The interior was very modern. The room smells fresh and clean. The bar food is pretty good. The breakfast is really good. The cook really cares about customer satisfaction.
