“Decent staff. Nice owners. Customers can be obnoxious or annoying even bizarre at times but if you're patient and diplomatic it should work out. Don't be afraid to speak up to parents when kids run around the place- there's no room for that and elderly or disabled people have almost been knocked over. Also don't be afraid to ask to sit down if you are elderly or disabled as there's not much seating. People aren't necessarily mean but just oblivious. CLEAN. FAIR PRICES AND GOOD WATER LEVELS. All front loaders but varying sizes. Folding tables and carts. Northgate Shopping plaza has a grocery store, pet store, clothing outlet and fast food. BJ's is down the street and Dollar Tree.
On bus line. As far as the lady who works during the day, yes she can be blunt or say strange things. The key is to be direct, remain unoffended and be firm. Be charming or use humor. She's pretty nice after that. Note that she is hung up on cleanliness so try to be aware if you have any water on the floor etc. just if ignore it. I hear she's the queen of quick folding all the laundry orders lol. At least there's an attendant.”

THE PHYSICAL BUSINESS ITSELF IS HUGE, THEY MUST HAVE 60 WASHING MACHINE AND 50 DRYERS. THERE WILL NEVER BE A TIME THAT U HAVE TO WAIT FOR A WASHER OR DRYER . JUST FOUND OUT THAT THEY WILL EVEN DRY , STEAM, CLEAN YOUR CLOTHING, SUITS, DRESSES ETC... PLENTY OF PARKING, ABOUT 30 SPOTS. Also has handicapped parking near the door . Wheelchair ramp and accessible doors for the disabled. FRIENDLIEST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE TO GO TO, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATMOSPHERE IS VERY RELAXING. IT FEELS LIKE AT MY OWN HOUSE, THAT'S HOW COMFORTABLE THEY MAKE YOU FEEL BUT AT THE SAME TIME THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. ON BROADWAY, REVERE MASS., ACROSS FROM DUNKIN DONUTS AND 7-11,USED TO BE "WHITE HEN PANTRY", NEXT TO WHAT USED TO BE THE SPEAKEASY BAR. CAN'T MISS IT, AND 2 MINUTES FROM ROUTE 1”
