Great Experience at Master Auto
My wife & I recently purchased a vehicle from Master Auto in Revere, MA. The entire experience from start to finish could not have been easier. The vehicle was exactly as advertised, well maintained, & fairly priced.
Anthony & his team were so great to deal with. They were professional, patient, & never pushy, making the whole process easy & comfortable.
We were so impressed with our buying experience that we decided to give their service department a try; & we’re so glad we did. In today’s day & age, it’s so hard to find an honest & fair auto repair professional that you can trust. We found that in Anthony. Our family has three vehicles & Master Auto is now the only place we’ll have them serviced. Their skill, reliability & customer care are second to none.

This was absolutely the best experience I've ever had in terms of buying a vehicle. Marie, Anthony and Candice are three of the nicest people you'll ever meet. But my car is perfect, the service was the best I've had and I used to work for several car dealerships but but none can compare to the service and personal touch you will get a Master Auto they truly are Masters at what they do but don't take my word for it go check them out they're best no doubt. And when you see them tell him Laurence sent you!!!

Anthony was a pleasure to deal with. We got a fair price quick and left with cash in hand within a short time. Got a ride back to our hotel by his sister. Everyone at the office was super nice and professional.

Front desk Assistant, Marie is awesome! Went there to purchase a vehicle for my daughter and she walked me through the whole process with a smile on her face!
Anthony is also super nice. I had a budget, I told him what I needed, he promised he would find a vehicle within my budget and he delivered! I’d definitely recommend friends and family to this business! Overall experience 5/5.

Bought my used car here and the process was super smooth. Great customer service from Anthony and Mary. They were super responsive when I had questions about the car and this is also a great one stop for everything. Inspection, repairs ,sales and gas! Anthony even went the extra mile by doing some maintenance recommended for the mileage of my car at no extra cost. Highly recommended master auto!

My family bought two vehicles from Master Auto. Anthony was very communicative throughout the entire process and was willing to work with me throughout the week when I had time on my lunch breaks. The business was very busy when we came to check out the cars but Anthony made sure that we were seen in a timely manner, offered photos of the work he performed and was straight to the point when it came to purchasing.
Throughout the purchasing process, Marie was beyond helpful. She ensured that all documents were completed and walked us though the entire process of buying the vehicles. She even worked late on a Saturday allowing us to complete the paperwork and register the cars the following Monday.
When we came to pickup up the vehicles, they were spotless and ready to go. The tires on my truck are still shining over a week later. Anthony also performed my inspection at the time of pickup at no cost. Overall it was a great buying experience. I have never written a review for anything but Master Auto deserves one. 10/10.

I went to John T’s Citgo in Revere (new owners) said my car needed a new manifold so I let them do the job $550 later the car came out worse so they gave me my money back and I went to master auto and they said the manifold was put on wrong and that it was the Cadillac converter so they fixed my car and now it runs like new. I highly recommend them!!

Visited Master Auto to look at a few vehicles on the lot. Anthony is a stand up no pressure guy. Answered every question I had and even put a truck up on a lift so I could personally examine the frame. I would not hesitate recommending to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle...

Great service and great people! I despise doing car maintenance as a female bc we get treated poorly most of the time, at least that's how I feel. But Master Auto is no nonsense and upfront which is what you want from a mechanic and an added bonus is they're kind and treat you with respect. I understand why they're so busy and why all kinds of people and businesses come here. Thank you to the owner and Marie, my few experiences here are always fantastic!
