This place is baee minimum. Whatever happened to having other employees and tech to work on customer's phones if they are not working.
I agree this place is only good for paying your bill and I wouldn't waste my time doing that.
Every time I go in. I'm always waiting
There is always one person working.
I went in becuase my charging port is acting up on a 3 month old phone.
The girl looks at me like she wasn't even payinf attention and just immediately offered foe me to buy a new phone. I said absolutely not, this phone is only 3 months.
She then said. OK I can go into your account she looked up " something" but no help.
Bare minimum. She then said, oh you can go to a cell phone repair shop. Uuhh duh I know I can, but I don't understand why I can't come to the place I pay for my service.
Back in the day, service providers had techs that worked on phones. Don't know what happened that.

Absolute worst place. Just save your time and not go here. They offered me a plan with a particulat samsung phones included, i put a DEPOSIT on the phones, when the phones came, 3 days later, they told me i have to to pay half price for each phone. I was so confused, because it was completely different conversation about what they offered me. Just don't go there plz, i found out they're a third party anyways and will strangle you to make money on you.

Don't purchased here, go to a corporate supported Metro store. This store charges extra fees like upgrade fees and others not supported by Metro but allowed.They don't tell you all the fees until you are activated and your card is in the machine to pay.Extra $60 I wouldn't have paid elsewhere.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional at this location! I called for a timex watch and information on purchasing one instead I got attitude and she hung up on me while I was still asking a question. I called back because maybe it was a mistake but no she picked up and hung up on me AGAIN! I even tried calling one last time but no answer…. Seriously go to another metro store this one in revere has one of the worst customer service reps I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been with MetroPCS since 2013 luckily the customer care agent from corporate was able to help me afterwards.
