I have been driving an elderly relative here for years... He is on a first name basis, Olga is great - patient and goes above and beyond. The street before it is a one way and during the day it gets backed up with trucks for local businesses... making it hard to get in or out of parking lot. See pics.

At first, I thought they were closed when you walk in. It is huge in there, but it was open. Everyone that works there just stares back at you. No hello welcome, do you need something, our manager is there, just dead stare. I felt like I had walked into a funeral parlor. Service is just as bland.

Very rude, condescending, and horrible customer service. The people that work there are totally incompetent. I am going to close my account and I would recommend never using this bank. If I could give it a negative zero I would.

Peoples united bank purchased united bank recently. I'm trying to close my account there and they make it impossible to do so. Nothing but the runaround. I was forced to file a complaint with the federal reserve. Stay away from this bank.

(Translated by Google) We like going to Revere's bank because they are very helpful and help us find solutions to any question and give us many ideas to improve accounts and find solutions with regard to payments and saving money. My daughters like to go because they always receive them with hugs, smiles and sweets.(Original)Nos gusta ir al banco de Revere porque son my serviciales y nos ayudan a encontrar soluciones para cualquier pregunta y nos dan muchas ideas para mejorar las cuentas y encontrar soluciones con referente a pagos y a ahorrar dinero. A mis hijas les gusta ir por que siempre les reciben con abrazos, sonrisas y dulces.

I love my local Peoples United friends. They are right on top of things, and with a smile! Free coffee too.

I come here for business sometimes and it's 75% of the time a horrible experience. Why 75% of the time? Because of worker there who has the most vile and disgusting attitude I've ever come across. I don't know her name nor do I want to know her name but shes a big black girl who seems to think the whole world is against her. Every single time I have her as a teller, she has the most hostile attitude for no reason. This started from the first time I came into the bank. She would roll her eyes, stare at you like its some sort or crime you're there taking up her time. News flash, youre in the service industry. Its YOUR JOB to help me. I see myself as a pleasant person and happy go lucky. I did not earn her scorn, life just happened to make her a disgusting and vile human being. I remember one time I came in to get some change. I greeted her with a hello. She rolls her eyes, asked the teller next to her if they give change as loudly as she could. I'm pissed at this point. Then she tosses the change into the little slot. As I walk away, she yells YOUR'E WELCOME! My god was I pissed off. Why the hell would I thank you for your disgusting attitude and service? I stopped in my tracks and really wanted to say something nasty but I just left. Please if you go here, avoid her. She is a vile and unpleasant human being. If you must go there, get someone else. I would recommend going to Santander next door instead. They are so nice there. I added the business just so I could add this review. That's how nasty she was

The teller name Mrs.Sherley needs to learn not give people an attitude. Like I asked for a temp card and she could have said give me a min I need my manager for assistant. I don't know what went up her a** today but she gave the same attitude to a couple who was looking for euro. Honest truth people united bank should terminate her for the atttitude. I don't need someone handling my money rolling their eyes at me and constant rudeness.

Some employee need to smile more often. I mean as customer service reps... What's the point of showing attitude to some people and only being nice to other customers who may come there more often.
