The customer service here is awful. After COVID being around for however long, they still have a shower curtain hanging at the register. I have been to this store multiple times, it very dark and seemingly dirty. People working there also don’t seem “happy to help anyone” Also clothes run small-Go a size up & chances are you will not be able to return anything.

The rude lady everyone is talking about does not work in rainbow in revere anymore I heard they transfer her to the lynn store. I have been going to this rainbow for over 10 years and she was the worst costumer service employee I have ever seen in my life.

Me encanta la tienda lo que no me gusta es como tratan a los clientes hay una señora que siempre que voy está de mal humor y no le gusta ayudar a los clientes y se enoja mucho y cuando le dan el dinero para pagar la ropa lo quita de mala forma y voltea los ojos y habla muy mal a los clientes me encanta la tienda pero personas como esa le quitan las ganas de volver a ese lugar otra si no le gusta su trabajo para que esta trabajando hay que se vaya de ese lugar y busque uno trabajo que realmente le guste porque los clientes se decepcionan del lugar

The new cashier ivelis Operator # 8124ir, is extremely rude & disrespectful. She has no training and lacks severe customer service skills. Whenever I asked for help with getting an item that’s all the way at the top she would roll her eyes and give me dirty looks. If customers stop going there and stops spending their money then these people would have NO JOBS! The new cashier has only been there for 4 months and she is already rolling eyes, giving dirty looks, she also aggressively snatched the money out of my hand (no respect or value for customers at ALL!!!!!!!) & I have called rainbows Customer complaints department but yet this lady is still working there and is still acting the same way with customers! when I inform the store managers they just tell me to call the customer complaints phone number they do not seem to care or want to be bothered! When I call the customer complaints number and ask to speak to the district manager they inform me they can’t do that! I am getting treated wrongly by the same employee every time I visit rainbow in revere but yet I can’t even speak to a district manager ?????? I will never spend a penny at a rainbow store again!!! I have been going here for 10 years and now u lost a good customer all because you guys can’t properly pick the right fit for the job!

Rainbow shops are great retail stores with great prices. It's mainly a clothes store with a little bit of all sizes and likes. I recommend Rainbow Store for all occassions. ðŸ‘

The absolute worst experience I've ever had in a retail store! My girlfriend and I arrived to the store at approximately 5:38 PM Sunday 9/9/18. An older Hispanic woman was at the front register came charging through the store (who was apparently ("in charge") pacing around the store RUDELY shouting every five minutes at us that the store was closing in 15, 10 and 5 minutes. We both naturally felt very unwelcomed and unwanted in the store. As we browsed around the dirty, unorganized and cluttered store we found it difficult to navigate, lacking organization, proper lighting and no sales associates or staff members that were friendly nor accommodating to prospective customers! Approximately five minutes prior to close we approach the cashier and stated that she just wanted to quickly try on two shirts which were there identical (just in different sizes) and she very rudely said "oh no it's closed!" she said it in a way which she seem to enjoy disappointing and denying us the access. Very unbecoming! We both stated that we have never heard of such a thing and that was never mentioned to us. She began to argue "well no actually it's very common and you're wrong!" Again we said we've never heard of anything and she only wants to try on a quick shirt it won't take 5 mins. She became increasingly frustrated based on physical features and she "huffed and said it's closed". I had at this point told her that it was completely ridiculous and I've never heard of such a thing. We both left clearly frustrated, feeling neglected ashamed and even a bit bullied. As we approach the exit there was a security guard standing in front of the door like we pose some kind of threat? A family with a school aged child. Really odd operation! We wanted to spend a minimum of $36 on clothing, however due to the negligent, abusive and combative sales staff; rainbow has lost this sale and all future sales! We are extremely disgusted with the behavior of said employee and will not return!

I stop here periodically. That same elderly woman is the most tactless, classless, unprofessional piece of crap! She even talks about the customers right in front of them! She had something to say to the cashier in front of me because when she stepped away from the fitting room, I took the remaining two pieces into the cubicle. It was hot, the quarters small, and I am on the larger side- so having to get dressed every time to get clothing to try on is a pain. Store policy, in their defense: Only 3 items in at a time- being dressed in spandex shorts and a tank and on the older side of the usual customer base, it was quite clear I wouldn't get away with stealing their priceless merch. Then she looks up and sees me in line, looks down, and mutters do you think she heard me???? C*** is a correct description of her! Update: Nov. 2014 The battle-axe has not been seen in months!! Yay!
