Santander is the closest thing to the coopertive bank my family did business with in the city I grew up in. I was not with them that long when I had a problem with debit card theft. The management were quick to investigate, also very empathetic to my personal plight...and thankfully reimbursed me soon after. I don't go into the branch that often but when I do, it's a pleasure. I get offers every week from others to pay me to open an account. No, I'll stay with the one who was there for me.

Great bank! The employees are awesome and the service is amazing. They have an ATM 24hrs. I love banking with them.

worst bank I have ever used. They absolutely have no respect for their customers! Their new website is awful and I have complained for over 3 months with no response and no changes! I am in the process of leaving them and I can't wait!

Santander Investment services are horrible. They do not service what they sell. Santander sold my parents several annuities but I cannot get any information about them from the Revere branch or their regional office. The person that is supposed to service my parent's account skips out on meetings and does not return phone calls. I contacted several higher ups and they refuse to answer a few simple questions. I could go on about how they botched other situations but there is not enough time. Anyone thinking about doing business with their investment services should beware. Go to a legitimate broker. The people that work there have a spotty employment history as seen on SEC.gov.

Once again they did. I wonder how these girls got their jobs there. Honestly, it is better for your mental health if you can drive few miles and find another bank. The Saturday crew seemed very unhappy to work there and they transfer they state of mind to you. They don't even salute you when you come in.

I am not a member but come here on business quite often. I am always pleased with how nice and courteous the staff here is. They are a joy to interact with. The bank to their left is horrible. The customer service in there is horrendous. I honestly dont know why they are still in business the way their employees act. I come here on business for work often and the people here are so helpful and nice. Doesn't matter who I get as a service agent, all of them are so nice and helpful. I implore all those in the area to avoid the one next door. Theres a big black girl in there with a horrendous attitude. Bring your business here.

The bank in general is very nice depending on which branch you go to. This branch on Broadway Revere happens to have great employees and great customer service. It's very convenient with a separate entrance for it's 24 hour ATM machine very convenient. Be careful though when you deposit checks it takes them 2 to 3 days to clear and they will give you a $35 bounce check fee if you're not careful I advise deposit in cash.
