They refer to customers by name, take time to call back, and are always smiling and eager to help. The pharmacy shows exquisite expertise, knowledge, empathy, and competency, going a step further to contact physician's offices when needed. They truly care, asking if customers have questions or concerns, and aim to help to the most of their ability. They work to help people afford their medication and helped start the Narcan training program. Additional services include free delivery and staff who know many languages. Medications are always available and promptly ready. While some note limited hours, many travel from other cities to use this pharmacy, highly recommending it for all pharmaceutical needs. Seaside Pharmacy is viewed as a one-of-a-kind model for others to learn from.
extremely kind and attentive pharmacists and staff. i always feel taken care of, and if i ever need a prescription quickly, they do everything possible to have it ready for me. grateful to have these folks in the neighborhood!
