Don't use. They Steal and made it personal. They did not break into my car but they did steal a very special key chain that was a gift from my best friend who passed away last year. I am going back to using Pre-Flight. THIEFS!!!!!

This review is for Select Parking at Boston Logan Aiport, 230 Lee Burbank Hwy. I read so many scathing reviews of the parking options near Boston Logan, frankly they were scary. I wound up booking same-day because my spouse had forgotten to book in advance. I looked at several sites, and Select Airport (230 Lee Burbank Hwy) was "sold out" on some sites, but available on others. I booked Select Airport, and crossed my fingers. First thing to know, 230 Lee Burbank Hwy is the Hampton Inn. Select Parking operates out of the Hampton Inn, and uses their parking lot. I parked the car, went inside the Hampton Inn, and Select Parking has a small desk to the left of the hotel entrance which was staffed by a very friendly and nice young woman. She gave me parking instructions, took my key, gave me a receipt, and helped me get on the next shuttle. We had actually just missed a shuttle, and had to wait (20 minutes?) for the next one. There were free coffee, tea, and bathrooms available in the Hampton Inn lobby while we waited. The shuttle departed exactly on time, the driver was friendly. We took one stop to pick up some hotel guests at a nearby restaurant and then went directly to our gate. Despite the stop, it was quick, maybe 10 or 15 minute drive, not bad at all. On our return, I called the number on the receipt. I had to call about three times before someone picked up, but once they did, they gave me clear instructions on how to meet the shuttle. It came in about 20 minutes, we went directly to the hotel. Our car was waiting right near the entrance, couldn't have been easier. Overall a very good experience. Especially considering all the terrible reviews, really, it was a fine experience.

incorrect address, they keep on chagning location. Just call them before you arrive to get the right location. Other than that everything is perfect. Pickup/drop off is also very smooth.. Select Parking owner please update address.

August of 21019 we parked the car without any problems and got a receipt from a young woman who told us to call when we arrived back at Logan. When we came back to pick up our car the keys were missing and they could not find the car. Instead of being helpful, the manager became belligerent said, just give us some time we will find it. He proceeded to drive around the parking lot for 15 minutes, then asked me what the license plate number was.....I said don't you have records of the cars he said yes they are on the key!!!! The key they could not find. My wife, two sons, and I were livid. we complained to the people at the hotel and asked for a manager, they said that this had nothing to do with the hotel as they just rented space. I told them that we would be calling the police as the car may have been stolen. The manager from the car rental place suddenly came from off the property driving the car. The car was obviously parked somewhere other than where they said. He came in and said I don't know why you are mad you have your car back? this process took about 30-minutes of sheer panic thinking my son's car had been stolen. The manger never offered an apology, in fact he had an attitude about the whole thing. We pulled out of the parking lot and my son's car had 31 miles more on than when we dropped it off. I would recommend you steer clear of this place, no customer service, they do not keep an eye on the vehicle, and they never gave us the phone number of anyone to complain to.

If you enjoy waiting 45 minutes (I'm not exaggerating) for your shuttle after a 6 hour, red eye flight, then this might be the place for you. Completely unapologetic, despite their "we'll save you time!" Marketing. I watched other local parking shuttles and hotel shuttles come by 5 times while I waited for my shuttle. Never again.

Would be 0 if it could. Horrible service. Parked where it said to park the car and Alex Hernandez told us we had to move it. Total attitude told us we needed to move it or he would tow us though he has the keys (valet and all). He told me to F&@$ off and I thought he was going to punch me.

We have used their service multiple times. It works for us. Shuttles leave the hotel regularly and pick up from the airport is painless.

We left our car here last week for five days and, during that time, our car got keyed across the entire passenger side door. We had uncovered valet service parking, and the parking spots within the lot are quite tight. I don't know who keyed the car -- perhaps it was the Select Airport Valet Parking company or a person staying at the hotel. But we now have about $1K to pay in car repairs. Do not use this parking service.

NO!!! 1 - They took about $30 in cash out of my center console. I should have been smart enough to remove it, but I wasn't expecting them to be thieves. They also rifled through my glove compartment! 2 - They moved my car (I assume for snow plowing) and when I returned a couple of days after the storm, the front passenger window was WIDE OPEN. Do yourself a favor and avoid Select Valet in Revere, MA.

First off where are the signs? Well there are none! After driving around for 25 mins they decided on the third ph call to inform us that it's at the comfort inn. We made our flight just in time even with the hour it took us to deal with these morons! Now lets talk about returning. We get back to the airport call the number on our ticket get a driver that had no clue who he was picking up. We arrive at the hotel to watch a very unorganized bin of keys get rifled through to find ours. The man went to get the car wasn't where we parked it. He pulled it around we load our luggage get in and realize the car chargers for our cell phones had got stolen! NEVER AGAIN! What a joke and they're a bunch of thieves!!! If I can rate them as minus I would but one star is be lowest!

Horrible Customer Service. Unsafe Parking Lot. Go somewhere else! The cheap price is not worth the hassle and the managers don't care at all. Terrible company, check their records on BBB if you don't believe me.

Save some money and then hate yourself! Waited 45 agonizing minutes while Preflight parking shuttle went by eight or nine times during that time. I lost count. The guy was a j*** when I told him that I had to wait so long. When I called they kept saying it was traffic. I would Google maps there was no traffic. They had my car running the whole time. Probably for 40 minutes. It was warm out. They wasted that much gas of mine. It's always a pain in the neck to go with these guys just to save a few dollars. I will never do this again. I hate this place. Hate.

If I could give it negative stars I would. I am calling the BBB. All my radio stations were changed and my car veers to the left now. After 8 days away I'm not sure where it's been. To add to the miserable experience,it took 6 phone calls and an hour to get a ride back from the airport to the parking lot. Who doesn't love to wait for an hour on the curb after traveling? Buyer beware. This might be the cheapest place around but you get what you pay for.
