The convenience store part is locked up at night because Malden/Revere is essentially a ghetto now. Also, cashier is not allowed to accept a $50 bill for fuel. Also, annoying screaming ads at the pumps.

Cashiers take forever to activate pumps, i've had to go in multiple times because they are there alone and too busy mopping or stocking to hear the register beeping at them. Loud ads on the pump screens. No, i dont want your effin speedway card. Change dispensing register, conveniently, doesn't work consistently.

Poor customer experience at air machine. Air machine was broken and ate money. Inadequate signage to indicate machine was broken, and unclear why machine was even still functioning to take payments if it doesn’t work… attendant would not honor the mistake and refund my money.
