We shop here frequently. They generally have a good selection of items and the staff is or has always been nice at least to us. Prices on some things aren't great but it's to be expected. We'll continue to shop here.

The cart locked up as soon as I walked out the door. Didn't want to leave the cart full of groceries and get my car. The worker near the door said nothing he could do. I had to pick up the front of the cart and drag it all the way to my car. I get not wanting carts stolen but that range is ridiculous.

I had one of worst experiences while shopping with my wife here. There was only 1 cashier for the entire place so we took the self-checkout route and it was messy to say the least. Lady at the self-checkout was very passive aggressive while fixing stuff that was out of our control. Apparently if you buy bag of cherry, the checkout machine flags an employee to take a look. We are not the only person who she talked to in a passive aggressive manner and cherry in top was while leaving she was staring at us as if we did something illegal. I gave her the benefit of doubt maybe she was thinking about something else. I thanked her and my wife smiled at her but she was like a bot no expression whatsoever. Made us feel very unwelcome here. It’s self-explanatory why this place is empty compared to other Stop & Shop.

I can't stand the man with long hair that brings in the carts from outside. He is rude, oblivious and LITERALLY will stand in the middle of the parking lot staring off into the distance while cars maneuver around him. And anyone who calls this place clean must be from a 3rd world country (I'm not joking), this store is dingy and depressing.

I went to this stop and shop to pick up cold cuts, snacks and a few other items for football that Sunday on my way to my cousin's house. I was very pleased. The store was clean, fruit was fresh, and the employees are nice and helpful. I would recommend this stop and shop to anyone.

Lady with purple hair as a cashier today-10/20/24 around 6:40pm was pretty rude to me, which I assumed was because I picked up an unexpected phone call from my mother that I haven't talked to her in a while. I am wondering if what bothers is me talking on the phone or if it's because I was speaking in Spanish?? Anywho, I was nice to her and answer her questions at first, but then I saw her terrible attitude towards me and she started texting in front of me, making me waste my time and not wanting to give me the receipt saying immature comments as "oh it's telephone time, "I'll take my out my phone too and start checking". Very unprofessional and felt like a personal attack. I had to tell her that me picking up an unexpected important call should not stop her from doing her job and being professional.

Very frustrated got a lobster the ones they put on the side. The worker wrapped so much plastic to hide how bad the lobster was. It had no tail no claw and stop and shop had the nerves to sell it for 8 and some change I'm very upset that happened to me didn't realize til I got home. What ever worker did that is messed up
