The gas station, when you put in the card, deducts the money but does not let you fill up with gas. The people in charge of the place know what is happening and no one does anything to prevent the money from being stolen.

Pumps are slow because the filters are dirty and they're too cheap to change them. Didn't finish filling up because of it
