Is it legal not to have a public bathroom in a gas station in Massachusetts?When I searched it it says it is illegal not to have one .They don’t have a public bathroom and their gas prices is higher then average.

They state on goggle map that its open 24hours, its not. I was here today 4:40am, the casher was stocking the shelves & the door was closer. I bang but the cashier won't open for me. Clearly, l do not think its a 24 hours store as purported to be.

I called and asked to talk to the tire service, I needed some tire service. The woman who answered the phone said "No...!" I repeated "No!!" and she hung up the phone. I called back and she did not answered.
