Staff is great. I had no problems. No issues but in there got what I need to get. What to help of employees that speak both Spanish and English and Arabic for that matter. So overall was a great experience

Phenomenal service, we are so happy we stopped by the same T-Mobile where they set up the iphone to get the problem with the charging port not working well. Samara and Ricky were exceptionally kind and attentive and really cared about helping us get the phone working properly and also took extra time when I had a question about setting up Icloud with family users. They are professional and made us feel like such valued clients even though we were getting something fixed and not making a purchase at the time. Great location!!!

Update: I emailed you and you apologized, but that was it. You clearly are not interested in doing the right thing. Empty apologies mean nothing, actions do. I think you tell your employees to lie to get the sale.Seemed competent until we found out that what we were told was not true. The sales person looking for a sale would say anything, now there's no recourse, it's the principle of the whole thing. Service isn't great either in my area near Rt 1 in Revere

Worst store.I buy a “BRAND NEW PHONE” in this store and was use already.Instagram and Facebook have a email already on it when we turn on the phone.Now I have to pay $70 to restock it plus $85 I paid for taxes.

Sarah greeted me with a Smile, She was so Friendly, knowledgeable about everything, the time and effort she puts into her work, Sarah is incredible, place is so Nice and super clean, I appreciate Sarah and she even came out to my car and hooked up my Bluetooth, Thank you so Much Sarah, T-Mobile is a great place, All of the workers there were Nice and friendly, so knowledgeable, Very Impressive, Highly recommend, Thank you Sarah

The customer service is good, they attend well, they answer all the questions that the client wants to ask at the moment, but I think that they can be excellent even more in the service. offering plans that I know they have and improving customer payments on their new services without the need for the customer to ask them about the new cell phone plans

If you have a choice. Go somewhere else. This is a hit or miss. No connection between what you here on the phone and the store. Did file a complaint against the store with T-Mobile
