I would go back to this location in a heartbeat. Unfortunately I came here right before they closed to open a new account, but Tiffany the Store manager was very helpful in offering alternatives where I could open one here or close by my work at a different time!She for sure deserves a raise with how short staffed they are, she made my experience at the bank amazing and confirmed the reason why I am switching from Bank of America

I'm not sure if these reviews encompass all locations, but my recent experience at the TD Bank in Revere (Broadway) was not only satisfactory but rather enjoyable. A young man named Caleb helped me set up a new account in an efficient manner. He explained every nuance of the process and was able to answer all of my questions. I am looking forward to doing business with this bank in the future.

Went there on Saturday and I was able to get help without an appointment. Tiffany did all the paperwork and informed me it can take up to two business days for the transaction to go through since the department which is responsible for it is closed in the weekend. She called me on Monday morning at 9:15am to let me know It was all set. I couldn’t pick up the phone at that time so she toke the time to call me again to let me know because I told her I need this to be done ASAP. Thank you Tiffany for the great service.

I called tb bank today because I had a question about my 401 check I deposited 3 days ago. When I call the service agent was rude, sounds sleepy and careless. I had to repeat same thing over and over. To make it worse told me to wait 6 more day for founds to be available. Horrible experience with their 7/24 customers service

Came here yesterday to handle some transactions with a personal banker and received outstanding service. I was hesitant to come to this location because of some other reviews, but I’m glad I came. I truly enjoyed my visit.

Tonight I was woken up by a text message that scared me I thought I got scammed but I was lucky enough to contact a customer service agent who is my mind and made sure everything was right with my account. I have no problems and I’m very happy with my service.Thank you Ashah~ I am happy with my purchases and was just curious thank you for making everything easy for me to understand. I am far from text savvy. I hope you get a raise!~

I was able to replace my debit card with my passport and STATE DRIVERS LICENSE 9NOT MA but adjacent home state) then, I was told by Ana 'no "temporary" checks'. Finally I was told I could go to the branch in Fanuel Hall.. SO>>> we drove there and because I opened my account in a different state- not even with Passport AND DRIVERS LICENSE FROM THAT OTHER STATE!! ( shown to Ana above) not available to you. IF I were in my home state I could've gotten home to get the checks I forgot. Legendary, but for poor service, not adequate even.

The worst customer service I have ever received in a bank. I went to the bank looking to withdraw $20 in quarters (2 rolls of quarters). The employee helping me informed me that all the rolled quarters were done by customers not employees, which would mean they aren’t guaranteed to be $20. I have never heard of this so I asked how they were able to give out quarters that’s aren’t equal of value from what they world be deducting my account. I asked how that was ok and why they’re aren’t re rolling them to the proper amount. He said that it’s not in his job description to roll change. I ended up getting the two rolls of quarters anyways. When I got out to my car I counted the two rolls….. the first roll had $17.25 and the second had $16.75….. I don’t see how this is professional or legal to deduct $40 from a customers bank account but only give them $34…..

There is an employee at this location named Cody. My family had a very uncomfortable encounter with this employee. Cody is unable to provide any sort of decent customer service. He doesn't treat people well and is very condescending. Cody has no concept of what it means to build solid customer relationships. TD bank may as well have robots working in their banks if they allow people like this to work for them. At this point I am over TD bank.

DO NOT USE THE ATM AT THIS LOCATION IT HAS EATEN MY DEBIT CARD TWICE NOW. This machine is garbage and needs to be replaced or at least updated this is ridiculous.
