The women that work in this location are HORRID. They don’t even try to help you. They never pick up the phone and if you decide to go the this location and ring their doorbell, you’ll be waiting outside for at least an hour.

If you go to this place, pray that no woman will answer you, because they are all rude and impolite. I've always dropped my orders off the label paid, men are always attentive, women never accept me leaving my boxes, if they don't like work, why leave home? , stay home or leave the job vacancy so that you really know how to work. The women at all the post offices that I know are all ignorant, poorly educated, it's a shame that because they work at the post office they think they did a master's degree at HAVARD in law, because they act as if people were criminals in the way they treat people, this has to change, they receive a salary to provide services, we pay the salary, they don't like to work, stay at home, but don't mistreat people, respect, education, humble is the minimum.This is the second time this woman has done this to my son, we sell things on eBay and the only place he goes is the post office (he's terrified of going out and being close or talking to strangers) and this woman is already the second time that harms my son with his indifference, my son's therapist was very happy that he is able to get out of the house and do something useful (even taking a box to the post office (for those who have panic syndrome this is an advance) but this WOMAN managed to ruin a treatment of 6 monthly , today my son didn't cry, but last time he was traumatized Thank you USPS for the terrible staff.

I haven't been getting my mail lately and this goes on ever since a couple years back.Which I complained about and reported it.Some mail carriers are so irresponsible and lost my mail and packages.They have put other people's mail in my mailbox so many times constantly!It's just not fair for us to not get our mail and they don't care at all!I talked to someone named Tom L.this morning and he didn't do anything to help me resolve the problem!He just didnt care because he was making excuses for the mail carriers losing people's mail!He told me everybody makes mistakes!Wow!Disgusting behavior!

Just called them to pick up my Priority Package which has been delayed and sat at Revere annex for 3 days, and a Different younger lady Answered and was a total *itch, they have never said no before until this lazy lady came.

Very happy with the service. Was desperate to send a big big package on Saturday and Tom helped me a lot. Just call before you're there, they will answer immediately and will try to solve the issue. They will accept prepaid packages only, so if you need to send something keep it in mind.

The best customer service I've ever seen in a mail facility, I don't know where to start, when other parts of the country send it to the wrong address, if it gets lost or whatever may happen throughout the year they have always been on the front line and made sure I got it the same day! Even coming to my house directly from the facility within 30 minutes of my phone call. I don't know what I would do without Patricia! (Both of them haha!)

When in trouble with USPS call this facility & ask for Ms. Bernadette, she truly is amazing and knows her job. She's been helping me with my package getting intercepted and tracking it since it kept going back and forth from Boston to Nashua NH sorting facility. It's such a relief knowing someone from USPS cares about your packages. Thank you Ms. Bernadette!
