The website gave hours for passport walk-ins. They sent me to a separate line. I wait 40 minutes just to be told they don’t do walk-ins. They tell me to make an appointment online. The scheduling website doesn’t work. There MUST be a better way to do this.

I handed them the check for the post office fee and they lost it. They change the lock on my post office box and assigned me another post office box. I had to notify my bank, my insurance company, etc. big problem.

Worst post office ever. Almost all employees are rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. There's a line out the door almost every time I come here with only 1 employee at the counter. Do NOT use the PO unless you have time to waste & want to be treated like a bother to them.
