I have been to this location a couple of times without an issue and the staff seemed friendly enough, however, the last time I came, only one person was manning transactions in the front and told the line of people who had been patiently waiting that she would not be taking any more customers. She was taking her time finishing up with one customer and even though everyone else arrived at least 20 min before closing time (by the time I had arrived), we were not served as customers. This is poor customer service, reflects a larger management issue and frankly, felt a bit unprofessional.

Another lovely USPS experience. Waited in line instead of just leaving my package because I needed a receipt. The clerk tells me she can’t scan my package and give me a receipt because she’s backed up and I have to come on a weekday. I’m sorry, what?! Firstly, I understand she was by herself but poor scheduling shouldn’t be the customer’s problem. Secondly, I’m fairly certain that coming on a weekday to get a receipt after waiting in the usual ridiculous line is not a real rule. What credible proof do I have if my package gets lost? I’m confident you won’t take any responsibility. Come on USPS, at least try.

it’s a living nightmare every time i walk into this USPS.
today’s special - postal worker got frustrated with an older woman in front of me in line who wasn’t understanding how to write the label, worker kept shoving envelopes in the poor woman’s face and yelling at her. then the worker got herself so worked up she told everyone to leave cause her “computer is down”.
just trying to ship my dad a gift for father’s day, it shouldn’t be this difficult.

Postal worker was very knowledgeable regarding Non-machinable postage and additional insurance / tracking questions!
I preferred tracking on my customer's order but USPS does not offer tracking on First Class Letters. However, if you purchase insurance up to $50 for $2.50 + any due postage, they provide tracking with the insurance coverage. I'm sure they internally track their insured items so it's less likely they will have to pay out on insurance claims, and passing it along to the consumer is a great supplemental service we appreciate. This tip satisfied my buyer and my business. Thank you for your help!

I’ve been here many times over the years because the location is great and because I’ve never had any problems with anything or anyone at this location. And Cindy, as well as the other postal service members there that I’ve had assist me, have always been very courteous, helpful and proficient at their jobs.

After reading the other poor reviews here, at least now I know I'm not alone. I couldn't believe how badly I was treated at this location. I waited in line and then was asked to fill out a form using a side table and then come back to the front desk. Upon standing near the front desk I was yelled at by the next girl in the line waiting that I should have gotten back again in line although the staff member had attended to three people that didn't wait in line before me. Despite the rude and discriminatory behavior I experienced, the staff member choose to ignore me and instead facilitate the disrespectful behavior shown by the girl in the line. Maybe she was afraid of her. At this point, I'm waiting so long I ended up leaving and not getting served and I had to drive 10 minutes to the USPS location on Broadway Revere where the staff were respectful and attentive.
Honestly, this location seriously needs more staffing and training on how to manage their customers in line.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the attendant at this USPS location. She was dismissive, treated me rudely, and mocked my accent, making inappropriate comments about me being an immigrant. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a public service setting. I hope she finds peace and kindness in her heart, and I trust that the management will address this issue to ensure better treatment of customers in the future.

I live in Revere. While this location has been understaffed in the past, it had 2 very nice ladies on the counters today. Very little wait and good service. Thank you.

Rudest attendant ever.Cinthya in the revere post office by wonderland in revere has to be the nastiest person I have encountered .She has to have the worst customer service ever! I arrived to the post office at 4:45 with three people in front of me with prepaid labels she shouted “I close at 5 I can’t take you” I didn’t move and she shouted again “I close at 5”
It was 4:57 and I was next with a prepaid label. She slammed her mouse and shouted I’m closing my register it’s 5 I’m done I’m done! The person behind me also stated it was 4:57 and she screamed “get out” I’m truly shocked how horribly we were treated.I didn’t even need my package to go out today but today was the only day I could drop it off.I wouldn’t have minded if she sent it out the next day.Horrible customer service

They close 10 minutes early. I sure wish I could leave my job 10 minutes before my shift ends too, but that's not how the vast majority of jobs work. Lazy.
