I returned 3 Uhaul’s at this establishment after business hours. Upon arriving and the business being closed I returned all 3 pieces of equipment on the UHaul app, cleaned all 3 trucks out and made sure all 3 were fueled up to the correct levels. We had some boxes and stretch wrap that we cleaned out of the trucks. We located the dumpster on the property and took all of our trash to the dumpster but it was full. So we stacked all of our trash next to the dumpster so it would be very easy to put in once the dumpster was emptied. About 3-4 days later I received a call from U-Haul letting us know that we were charged a $250 cleaning fee by by Vin’s Auto because that is what it cost them to dispose of the trash that we left. So I requested a picture that he said was taken by Vin’s auto. In the picture we’re tires and other items that are obviously, to me, not something that came out of trucks especially since they are an auto shop. I do understand that this cost them some money to pay someone to load into the dumpster but $250 was such an excessive charge it’s insane. I could understand being charged something but this is crazy. Then the story changed 2-3 times, every time I spoke to someone over the phone I got a different story as to why the charge was so high. That tells me that there is definitely some dishonesty going on. I will never deal with this company again for sure on any level. But I know this, if they will not just tell the truth about trash being put in a dumpster I would definitely not trust them to take my vehicles to them.

This establishment is extremely disappointing. I made the unfortunate choice to rent a truck from them. The truck had half a tank of fuel. After driving it for approximately 30 miles, I decided to stop and refuel on my way back to return the truck. To my frustration, despite spending $34 on fuel, the fuel gauge stubbornly refused to move, indicating less than half a tank. This issue was perplexing and inconvenient. However, upon returning the truck, I was taken aback to discover that the fuel gauge had mysteriously jumped to over three-quarters full.In an effort to reach a fair resolution, I approached the owner and politely requested some form of compensation for the fuel I had personally paid for. Shockingly, instead of acknowledging the evident problem with the truck and offering an apology, the owner casually instructed me to contact Ford, the manufacturer of the vehicle. This dismissive response was deeply disheartening and left me with a sense of dissatisfaction.Based on my experience, I strongly advise against choosing this establishment for any rental needs. The lack of accountability and failure to provide a genuine apology demonstrates a disregard for customer satisfaction.Este establecimiento es extremadamente decepcionante. Tomé la desafortunada decisión de alquilarles un camión, el camion tenia medio tanque de combustible. Después de conducirlo durante aproximadamente 30 millas, decidí detenerme y recargar combustible (gasolina). Para mi frustración, a pesar de gastar $34 en combustible, el indicador de combustible se negó obstinadamente a moverse, indicando menos de medio tanque. Este problema era desconcertante e inconveniente. Rented a u-haul from here. Woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I must have looked confused while trying to figure out the truck’s features and someone came over to help me navigate. Very helpful employees and easy experience!

Vin's is local auto shop on Revere High way. Close to Revere T station is 5 mins walk.Stop by for simple oil change and etc.

Last time going here thought it be cheaper and Honda $90 for a oil change I pay 60$ at Honda w better service.over priced becareful.

Went there to rent a small U-Haul truck. Woman at the desk was so friendly and helpful as well as the guys.. we'll definitely be back, also they sell some nice cars there on the side

Stopped here today without an appointment or even a phone call when I was driving through Revere and noticed my car started making a loud noise. They immediately took care of me - drove the car, put it up to make the adjustments - and test drove the car again to make sure it was fixed. I was in and out in a half hour all for a reasonable price. They were very friendly and accommodating, I will definitely be back for any car repairs.
