This pharmacy makes no sense and their phone automated system is atrocious. It takes forever to get any answers from the robot then another 5-7 minutes to speak with a human being or it’ll just hang up on you. I’d say if you’re calling them expect a wait time of 10-60 minutes.

I come here every time I need something I wish I don’t have to, the employee that was on charge of the printing zone/photo zone was very rude and gave me a bad customer service when I was just trying to send something with the fedex company over there. It’s incredible HOW BAD and RUDE can an employee be with you when they’re not in their mood, that lady gave me a hard time and ruined my mood by saying that this Walgreens doesn’t have boxes at all for me to send something and made us print something by ourselves without helping or showing empathy or patience, when we finally printed the things she said “I can’t help you with that” because we didn’t have any tape to put in a folder that we were supposed to send and she left without even saying sorry, also didn’t gave us any receipts. This happened August 26, 2024 at 4 pm. Bad customer service, if you need to do something here at this Walgreens never ask for help.

Lack of employees. Like the convenience of goods & location. Not stocked with advertised items that well. Plenty of parking. On MBTA route.

Time to clean house... This place puts an out of order tag on the bathroom because they don't want to let customers use it. . it's also key code locked... I'm sure upper Management understands the nessesity of providing customers with a wash rooms... And that they there employees to clean the bathrooms.. poor management poor service. ..get it together Walgreens. Customers are still why you exist.

I went to pick up a package today and the box was huge. One of the staff members, Daniel, offered to carry the box to my car for me which was totally above and beyond!! Thank you so much for your kindness, Daniel!!

I went to this Walgreens location which is miraculously open now at these random times and I had a large order and asked if they had any bags and the skinny kid with the long hair with glasses told me that they didn’t have anymore. I asked if they might have any in the back by any chance and his rude response to me was: “I already checked in the back otherwise I wouldn’t have told you we didn’t have any bags.” when I went in there again he’s nowhere near in the front of the store he’s all the way in the back with another woman being on their phones. If I was a thief or a robber this would’ve been the perfect opportunity to rob this location since ppl are so lax and lazy and most of the items in that store is either missing or unorganized. I will be calling corporate about this

//READ//Something for ya'll to understand. This Walgreens SHOULD be 24/7 however; it closes sometimes because this store cannot maintain a cashier for the overnight. No cashier = no 24/7 store.It's literally no one's fault to be honest and for ya'll to personally attack people for the store not being overnight all the time is ridiculous.

Showed up at 10:45 pm on Sunday night 9/17 and waited for 10 minutes at a locked door, no employees to be found, no note on door, multiple customers couldn't get in to get the things they needed. They don't care here, pretty ridiculous.
