The guys working at the kitchen are amazing, working hard and fast. But the cashier I don’t want to be rude but she is another place. She was so sleepy tired didn’t. Has my name. He disappeared of the front desk . Too many ppl waiting. She made a mistake in my order I have to wait 15 min more. She didn’t say nothing. Worst service

Stopd in line while the only cashier explained for about ten minutes with the patron in front of me in Spanish and talked like I wasn't even waiting to make an order myself. Whilst 7 other Hispanic workers stood around in the back ground and did nothing. I left and bought a pie at harrows next door. Maybe I will try to get service there again someday.

Bro horrible place to eat at. I ordered their chicken sandwich once and I got extremely sick of it for like 3 days. I thought it was just me a few months later I ordered it again but a different type I got externally sick again. Throwing up, feeling extremely nauseous , could not stay out the bathroom. They definitely have something dirty going on in there that’s getting people sick.

This place has horrible service. I ordered wings and fries and I waited 35 minutes for my order. When I confronted the Chasier, Yesica, she said that they randomly pick orders which means it doesn't matter that I ordered first and I found that to be poor service. Not only this, after receiveing my order, I tried to speak to her co-workers about their service, advising them that a customer shouldn't being waiting for 35 minutes for their order. She just jumped in our conversation, trying to dismiss my comment and proceed to tell me that it's the guys in the back who are preparing the food. She was rude and ready to dismiss me without hearing what I had to say. What she fails to understand is that, it's not my business that the guys at the back are the ones who are taking their sweet time to complete customers orders. What I needed from them is to listen and take the info to their management so they improve their service. But she was ready to be personal and act childish. The crazy part is that the same person who is quick to respond, is the same person who messed up my initial order in the first place. I'm never setting my foot in that place again. Nothing is distasting then receiving poor service from a big frenchise like Wingstop. I'm taking my money elsewhere.

I am a true Wingstop fan, however, this has to be the worst location I've ever been to. Such a big disorganization and lack of management is overwhelming. The kitchen was blasting music and the dining room was blasting different music. You could hear both at the same time and volume. Both areas with loud reggeaton music. Stood in front of the register for about good 10 minutes before I was helped. This while there were about 10 people between the kitchen cashwrap area and dining room. All in uniform and not caring that someone was wanting to be helped. One person stepped up and said I would help you but I'm not assigned to any of the registers. Horrible experience.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by the gentleman at the counter. It was my first time and he welcomed me with a smile and was ready to take my order. I asked him what he would choose as I couldn’t pick everything seemed good. Marty, who was at the counter recommended the Louisiana rub tenders and asked me to try them to see my reaction. I got the combo for 13 dollars and some change. 5 tenders fries and a drink. My food was prepared quickly and I tried my first tender from wingstop. I will definitely be coming back absolutely delicious! Thank you for the great food wingstop and the great service Marty! He deserves a raise!!
