“On Friday I received a notice that a package had been delivered to my house and was handed 'to an individual' at my address. Well, it was not. I called the Pittsfield office and spoke to Lea. She was so helpful. The next day she personally drove out to my street and stopped at several houses, asking each if they had mistakenly received a package yesterday. She found it, knocked on my door with package in hand! I can not thank her enough. In an age when customer service isn't often very helpful. Lea went above and beyond, all the while being so kind and joyful! Thank you so much Lea!!!!”

“They do their job just as good as any other post office and I've never had any issues with this place. I don't know what all of the other reviews are going on about but they are all ~8 years old so things might've been worse back then.”
