“This company is the best moving company we have ever worked with we called them too have them come out to give us a estimate to move from Middleboro to Plymouth Massachusetts.Tom Muldoon is their moving consultant he sure does know his business his estimate was right on the money for time allowed to do the move.It was also the hottest day of the summer the crew he sent was very professional & polite I’m from the old school so that really meant a lot to me one of the workers was the owners son who is a hockey player like I was so we chatted about hockey while he still worked his butt off !The office staff is the best in customer service Jean helped us with all the paperwork she also runs a tight ship .If I could give them 10 stars I would .Give them a call you won’t be sorry.Mike Sullivan 8/5/23”

“I was impressed with the staff's knowledge and customer service. I had a time sensitive document that needed to be notarized and ship overnight with a delivery date of 10/20, sadly I cannot remember the woman's name, but she was friendly and very knowledgeable. John Bride, the third was efficient and timely in notarizing my document and explaining my options to get them to their destination on time!”

“I run a small business and purchase an HP printer in September that never worked properly. HP tech support gave me the run around for weeks trying to avoid honoring the one year warranty. I called the store and they told me the separate protection plan I purchase through Staples would cover everything and I could return the printer and they'd help me pick out a new one. We chose a Brother printer and had a Staples technician come install it. Our technician was Trent and he was fast and friendly. So far the new printer works great and we couldn't be happier!”

I was having trouble with the self-service printing for a last minute project and he recognized that, offered to help, was patient while I sent 20+ emails to him, then he organized everything to be in the right order, with a smile on his face! “Rob, Warren, and a female employee whose name I didn't catch were extremely helpful and nice when I needed some information about my package. I really appreciate them making the effort to help me!I took 1 star off because of the supervisor, who I had spoken to on the phone. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. She was extremely rude and flat out lied so she wouldn't have to help me. I knew she was providing false information but had no way to prove it (until I went in-store and the employees helped me do exactly what I had asked her).”

“Honestly usps is never really easy to deal with i have had my problems in many towns over the years, but i have to say as inconvenient as the usps can be at times Fairhaven is one of the good offices for sure i have had my problems but for the most part they were fix and i dont have anything bad to say. “A package sent to me from my dad was super delayed and he was concerned it got lost in the mail. I told him it was likely due to the world-wide shipping issues that are happening due to covid-19, but he asked me to call to check on it.I called my local West Wareham office, and I wish I could remember the name of the woman I spoke to! She was wonderful. Dealing with shipping issues is super stressful right now for everyone, including USPS employees. This employee was nothing but kind, reassuring, helpful and knowledgable. She even told me she would look through their afternoon shipment to see if it was there.I was able to reassure my dad and my package did indeed end up arriving when she predicted it would. Great service.”

“After my horrendous experience at the New Bedford USPS--which left me vowing never to step foot in that branch again (which I've held to this day)--I started going (almost exclusively) to this Faunce Corner location. I actually went there to mail the catalogue that the NB branch refused to mail. That was years ago, but I do remember that the woman I interacted with was very kind, and I remember not just *thinking* there was a huge difference in attitude and service, but also *feeling* there was. I did get that package mailed, and it did cost more than the quote, but being met with an apologetic, empathetic, and understanding representative MADE A MEANINGFUL DIFFERENCE!Over the years, I've had nothing but good experiences at this location. I've always found the tellers to be friendly and professional. I also like that, because of the footprint/layout of this branch, it feels less claustrophobic when there is a line (vs. NB branch). When I'm in the area, this is my branch of choice and would recommend it without reservation!!”

“I was at the Rochester Post Office yesterday, and realized how tough their jobs are. Long days on the feet, (always) impatient people,overloaded from holidays... I realized I had been guilty of being impatient often. I decided to regroup, give them a break and bring my phone in to answer emails if I have to wait. They have always been helpful, and they care about us! We use the USPO a lot and appreciate the convenience!”
