About Thousand Trails Gateway to Cape Cod
Thousand Trails Gateway to Cape Cod RV Campground is a peaceful, wooded campground offering full hook-ups with 30/50-amp electric and several pull-through sites. This campground is described as a hidden gem, conveniently located close to many attractions yet away from it all, making it a perfect base for visits to Plymouth and Cape Cod. Visitors can bring bicycles to explore local bike trails or spend a day at nearby ocean beaches. The campground also features a dock for launching kayaks or canoes to search for resident swans, and guests are encouraged to bring their fishing poles. The campground offers a full schedule of theme weekends and daily activities, including ping pong, video games, pickleball, and volleyball, with specific kids' activities available. The pool is noted as a basic but adequate amenity. While the campground is praised for its friendly and helpful staff, with specific mentions of efficient and TOP NOTCH customer service, one significant drawback reported is the lack of WiFi. Despite this, many reviewers highlight the campground as one of the best Thousand Trails locations due to its clean grounds, wonderful location, and exceptional staff and management who are always there when needed and lend a helping hand. Handicapped spots are available close to amenities, with at least one in each section.

We RV full time & have a dog. Most areas at this park (all around the RV) are sandy (not allot of grass). When walking our dog throughout the park
there's pine tar everywhere
so daily pine tar removal from his feet wasn't fun, however the tall pines are beautiful.
