Common occurrence to see mail delivered to the wrong address. Courteous concerns about this are ignored. Mail to be delivered to the next town over can take 2-4 weeks to arrive. However, if you drop items off at Wareham they somehow seem to arrive as you would normally expect. Literally the most inefficient post office I have ever encountered. If negative star ratings were possible, this review would be maxed out on that end of the spectrum.

I am giving 1 star because there isn't a zero rating. The post master should be replaced. He is rude and inefficient. Apparently this is a well know fact in this area so they need to do something about it!

Lost my package, told me it was there on the website, then I showed up to get it, and it was apparently not there, only to then find out it was. Miserable.

Post master had an attitude when they lost or misplaced my package. When I called asking what to do about a missing package he forwarded me to the carrier and she had no idea what was going on. She then forwarded me back to him where he just gave me the run around and hung up.

No response in getting my eyeglasses that were delivered to the wrong address! Also a package was delivered to an address in Rochester when I live in Mattapoisett? A kind person made sure I received it thru FB. How bad is this?

Shipped things from here multiple times and never had a issue. The office is well kept and the staff are always very helpful to a illiterate poster like me.

I Had Door Dash and Amazon deliver to my house on Saturday however the lazy postal worker put down that there was no access for delivery. Just too lazy with no regard for people needing their delivery in time.

worst post office around. We try to pay extra when we can to keep stuff out of their hands but it's not always an option. Half the time when UPS is supposed to hand a pkg off to them they don't and they bring it to us The must know how bad the post office is. We get the wrong mail or no mail. at least 3 times a week stuff that is in their own email showing what is being delivered doesn't make it and often they say they can't deliver packages because it's blocked which it never is. Sometimes they say it's blocked after delivering a box..I guess because it's too much work to drop a second box

Worst Post Office every. They can never manage to delivery what they should. They bring some packages then say the box was blocked and they can't bring the others. Just super lame.

Absolutely unreliable. Wrong forms, when checked wrong information and generally inefficient. No wonder mail delivery services other than PO are getting a second look. Unbelievable!

I have always had a good experience with this location. The grounds are well kept and the staff is very nice. The box prices are also very reasonable. I don't mind the extra few miles to do my business here.
