Dirty, smelly, noisy… I really don’t think much housekeeping, beyond making the bed and restocking towels, is done between guests. Just bad.

I'd hate to see the worst western. The bathtub drain was so clogged with hair (not ours) that we were standing in an inch of water 30 seconds into our showers ?

This is literally the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. My son was scared walking the halls because they are dingy and has a bates motel vibe. I’ve stayed in 200 hotels and this is the worst of the worst. I can’t believe they charge for his. I’m

Storm related power outage at 3 am caused a loss of heat.Rooms: The rooms (all areas) were clean and comfortable. The room had a good size refrigerator for use. Furniture was in good condition and not lumpy, wobbly, or worn down.Food & drinks: The morning breakfast had a good selection and the hot could be taken to go.

I travel quite a bit for soccer trips with my daughter and her team and this year has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this establishment. Other than the first night check-in employee the rest of the staff were rude, did not know how to handle a group of kids trying to have some fun, and they were not accommodating at all. After I found out that I had paid the same price for one nights stay as the rest of the parents paid for two nights stay I asked the front end staff why this was and if anything could be done. Initially they said they would adjust my rate for my first night and then the second night but then they went back on that word after I’ve changed my plans based on that information. The manager was then arguing with a parent assisting me with this process and saying there was nothing they could do. After agreeing they made me feel like I was the worst person they’ve met for trying to make my daughters experience similar to her teammates for the same rate. The manager then came over when the girls were laughing and having fun in the lobby and said “excuse me, excuse me! They all need to quiet down” when they could have easily told one of the adults if there were an issue. No one else was in the lobby and they are very young to have an adult reprimand them.I’ve added this two hours later after checking into my room and getting an insincere apology from management you can see below just for the look of it. They put me and my 11 year old daughter in a room that smells like a poker game took place and everyone was smoking a cigar. I’ve honestlyNever experienced such a lack for caring about customer service in my life. Nicely done.

This was the best Best Western I've stayed at so far. Rooms are old, but my room was clean, and the bed was comfortable enough. Not sure if breakfast has to be ordered, so while the area was crowded on a Sunday, the eggs and bacon were already made, so we ate those instead. Water pressure in the shower was good. Again, I emphasize that the rooms are old, but this hotel suited our needs for the night. Thanks for reading.

When we went to our room I noticed clothing size stickers on the bathroom door frame (xs/s). These should have been seen & taken care of when cleaning room. On Sunday morning my husband went down for breakfast & some guy in the lobby kept asking him for money (do you have 10$, do you have any spare dollars) my husband had to tell him no numerous times.

This hotel is old, grimy and smells awful. The bathroom was dirty and the carpet was gross. The bed linens were clean but we woke up with headaches, probably from the overwhelming musty smell. I would not stay here again. Even though it was one of the cheaper options in the Boston area, it is not worth the money. I chose it because of it's proximity to the airport for our early morning flight and I paid more for this hotel than any of the other 3 on our NE road trip and this was by far the worst.

Bathroom had black mold and very outdated!!!. Front desk subpar service, no hang out/common area inside or out. Floor was sticky, icky floor and overall not great. Random men hanging outside in pjs, fixing cars, smoking cigarettes and just sketchy. Way Overpriced and is more like a motel or short-term housing.Do not come here!

We stayed here one night since my son had an early morning procedure at Boston Children's in Weymouth. It is less than 15 minutes away! The hotel is a bit dated but the staff is friendly and it was clean. The room was a pretty standard king bed room. There was plenty of room for the pack and play. The internet was so slow my husband could not connect to his work VPN and had to use his hot spot. The water was warm for a nice shower and the continental breakfast was fully stocked. It was a bit pricey for what you get but I guess that's typical for the Boston area. All in all, if we have to have another procedure done we will stay here again.Nearby activities: Boston children's hospitalNoteworthy details: Slow Internet

I believe this "hotel" is very suitable for workers to stay for a week or more than for travelers. Checking was like going to the DMV than hotel , then we were put on the other side of the property to get to the front desk was a good unwanted walk (overnight front desk was friendly) , the hallway was smells ?, the room was okay but u can hear everything when I say everything I mean everything single thing conversations, breakfast was cardboard and they had a yogurt when I asked for my daughter and son it's not like we r sorry we r out of it it's more like whatever. I was tricked by the reviews, what I saw and what people wrote are completely different like I said in the beginning it may be good for workers but not for travelers to relax and enjoy the night. Good luck.

Was in Rockland for a Hockey Tournament. Requested a second room minutes after opening the door to the room they gave my family. Room smelt horrible , carpets were wet, and mold around the shower. Waited 30 min, room number two AC was broken, room smelled like somebody used this room to cook/fry food in. Middle of the night I woke up to cigarette smell. I opened the door out of curiosity, and somebody was smoking a cig out in the hallway. Staff would not put me in another room and other hotels around were also sold out. Front desk was not nice, gave me attitude because I wasn't happy with what they were giving me. Stay Away!

Room was a bit outdated, but clean. Needs new carpeting. Bedding was great. Breakfast was better than expected with scrambled eggs and sausages.
