convinent location, and ease of use. however, ive been having to send out important lab results - both times the counter was unstaffed, but thankfully i was able to get help. but the second package was very important to be sent out thursday when i dropped it off, but it wasn't added to the outgoing mail until friday and now it can't be delivered until monday, where the lab work will be expired by that time and can't be redone for several weeks. normal packages you don't mind taking several days is fine, but if important packages using one day shipping check elsewhere
