“Went and picked up a new car today, around the corner was Rockland AAA so I decided to go there to transfer my registration. A woman helped me and I have to say that my interaction with that Woman it was a blessing in my life. I won’t go into all the details but let me just say that she was an incredible human being so kind so helpful and definitely one of the best customer service reps and human beings I’ve dealt with Businesswise in years. I think her name was Pam but I’m not sure my granddaughter was with me and she seems to think that was the woman’s name. And I think she mostly works over the registry area. Unfortunately we were not able to complete my registration transfer because somehow my registration had been canceled even though it was supposed to be good for another year but somehow because of the accident with my previous car it was canceled and now we have to go to the registry but she did everything that she could on her end and explain to us why AAA’s registry wise is limited. But thank you from the bottom of my heart for the best service ever. (I was a manager in customer service for many years of my career so I know with gem when I meet one?) Karen.”

LOL I was a guy that would have stayed with the insurance company we've used since we got together. I insured through, a friend. Whom I met through my wife to be. I am loyal to the people I know who care about what they do for work. still a great insurance company. Although J.H.Slattery was across the street from me. I was still having to go to Quincy for my insurance needs. My wife mentioned that we were entering the 5th year of temporary move to the sticks.(Abington)I tried out Slattery that year. I have been going through them for the family needs to insure our vehicles. Cause our temporary move to Abington, back when there was farms everywhere and the Grove had fish in the water. I can't remember how many times I have delt with the staff and the professionalism was & still is the main reasons myself and our family have been going there for nearly 40years. Outstanding service from the same place of business, and I'm not going try to count the times I had to call or go to the office. I truly appreciate the extra effort and help you have provided us.
