Alexa is very professional, patient, and kind with her service. I'm just a novice photographer, but the development and scanning quality of all the rolls I send to Panopticon is worth the price and makes my photos look great. I recently submitted a very old photograph of my grandparents’ wedding in 1912. The picture was badly damaged. There were several big chunks that cracked and fell off the corners, while the edges were flaked and crumbling. I knew this family treasure needed to be salvaged! I showed it to Alexa, and she had lots of suggestions on how to enhance this important photo. The results are stunning — I would say, museum quality! I’m confident that this century old heirloom will look just as good 100 years from now, Thanks to Panopticon!

I want to thank Alexa for the great job she did repairing my mother's prayer book from her 1939 wedding to my dad. I had her wedding dress and prayer book many years ago. The prayer book text had begun to separate from the binding and would have fallen if not repaired. Alexa repaired and strengthened the binding. It looks fantastic, better than when I first had them framed. Thanks Alexa!

Panopticon is wonderful to work with! I needed framing for several pieces in our new home. We had a large focal Trytic and other paintings from our travels. Alexa listened to me and was spot on with my vision. She made suggestions and it didn't take long for us to lock in. The workmanship quality is excellent with great pricing. We had guests take photos on disposable cameras at our wedding, and we chose Panopticon to develop all the film. There is no one else I would trust with such important and memorable film! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. They have a drop-off option in Boston at the Hotel Commonwealth which makes drop-off super easy and efficient! Their pricing is fair, especially considering the high quality of the work they produce. When I send in my film, I am always pleased with how quickly they process it. I highly recommend Panopticon for anyone looking to develop their film. Whether you're a casual hobbyist or a serious photographer, they offer excellent service and high-quality results.

Look no more, Panopticon does it all! They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. Connor has developed prints for me in the past and the turn around time/ quality is unbeatable. He recently framed a sentimental photo for my wife and I. He took super good care of us and made sure it was safely packaged when he shipped it back to us.
I highly recommend them for any of your photography / framing needs! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

My husband and I are (still) thrilled with the printing and framing done by Panopticon Imaging for us some years ago. We had two VERY large prints of blues master, B.B. King made and framed, and another jumbo print of Buddy Guy and Junior Wells performing, as well as about 20 or so more "normal" sized prints of other great blues artists of the 20th Century. All of these beautiful framed prints have been shown in a number of exhibits over the years since then. Thank you, Panopticon!

Panopticon Imaging is my go-to spot for film processing. They’re super easy to work with and have a quick turnaround time. As a wedding photographer I need somewhere that I can not only trust with my negatives, but know they will do a great job. Panopticon is the place to go and I highly recommend them!
