It was super easy to get our quote and shopping list and schedule the install, and when our budget changed and we decided to only do part of the project, SFAB responded almost immediately to update our quote and adjust to what we needed. Select Flooring did an amazing job installing prefinished hardwood floor in my new addition and carpet in all my bedrooms. I own my own small business as well, and they were unbelievable, communicating, scheduling and completing the job to meet my schedule. I will be referring them to clients of mine as well!

From beginning to end, I had a wonderful experience. Megan is incredibly responsive, personable, efficient, and professional. The gentlemen who were on site to the installation were terrific as well. This team does incredible work. Jason and his team completed a serious demo of our engineered flooring + installed new engineered flooring, installed hickory hardwood flooring, sanded and stained an oak staircase and removed and installed new baseboards. They arrived on time each morning and worked really hard every single day. We are thrilled with the results! Rody completed the tile work in our laundry and powder rooms and was so meticulous that everything looks perfect. We cannot wait to hire this group for our next project and we highly recommend! The pricing was extremely competitive, the quote was easy with John and Megan worked with us as we ordered product. Megan was very communicative throughout the process.My only complaint would be regarding the communication/client service. Our quote stated that we were responsible for ordering a few items that we ordered right away. They were pricey because they were custom made for our floors and we didn’t end up using. In retrospect, it should have been articulated that we should wait to order in case we opted for a flush look (which I was not aware existed since flooring is not my expertise). These items arrived early so the flooring team grabbed the box and the owner gave me attitude when I explained that no one gave me the option of using or not using the t-mouldings and brackets when the flooring was installed. I didn’t even understand what the items were for and that there was a chance we wouldn’t use them (again they were on our quote).Also, toward the end the owner gave me attitude regarding a form for a change order that I had not received the day prior in my inbox for whatever reason. She snidely commented that I had signed these in the past instead of saying no worries we will figure it out. Instead of being customer oriented and kind when I requested more detailed accounting of the expenses for our project for my investment team, she was rude. I always make payments on time and paid for the project in full immediately after this unpleasant conversation, one day after the project was completed. After our transaction, I sent Megan some detailed feedback in the hopes that it helps as she grows her business. I am in financial services and have extensive experience dealing with customers and sincerely hope this will serve as a learning lesson for her. We will continue to do business with her and her team because the quality of the work is incredible, the pricing is fair and the positives far outweigh any of the negatives!Services: Wood floor installation
