“Well I had my first Christmas with returns! I was completely dreading going through the process of mailing things back. Some of my items were not free to return so now I had to pay $20 for not keeping items! So this I found a little frustrating, but made my way to the post office. I had received 3 items but with 2 different shipments. I wasn’t sure how this worked. Jose was working and immediately walked me through the whole process. I came with only 1 box and he informed me I needed to return in 2 boxes. I figured I would be now buying a box and spending $20 for the return. Nope! Jose said I actually have a box here you can use and I can also offer you some tape that someone had left behind. He demonstrated how to fold the labels on their pouches and did all of this with a super friendly disposition!! I know if he wasn’t working, I would have probably drove home to get a “free” box and tape and returned. Thank you Jose for your help! You do your job with such kindness and it is much appreciated!!”
“I had been in the store when this woman came in. I have been coming to the store for a while. It is a beautiful family owned business . The young girl was assisting a customer and a woman started getting aggressive about the prices, as she needed to print something for an amazon box. She took up the whole counter. When the girl tried to tell her that she could tape it this time and next time to tape it she stormed out of the store. I feel really bad that they have to go through this treatment. Truly a great family owned business. Always go above and beyond!”
“I'm incredibly pleased with the service I receive at this Quincy location every time I'm there. I have a mailbox at this store and the staff always reaches out to me when it's full or I have packages to pick up. They also help me with all my Amazon returns. The customer service is exceptional. Specifically, Abby was very knowledgeable and she helped us figure out how to best set up my mailbox. Abby demonstrated leadership and kindness by helping with heavy packages in my car and making sure all documentation for my mailbox was complete. Thank you to the entire staff of the store for always making my life a little easier.

“Once you understand the amount of bs these guys deal with every day with clueless people handing over unboxed amazon returns that dont even belong there, or just people who dont know anything about shipping Logistics so the clerk has to dig through their phone and manually email themselves your label, I say they deserve to charge the convenience fee. Im in there at least once a day as an e-commerce seller and its always smooth as silk because I come prepared and I know what im doing.”

“I had a great experience shipping a package to Ukraine for the first time at this Meest location. The website linked in the Google map description had helpful info on phone number to call to make an appointment. I recommend that if it’s your first time. The gentleman inside was incredibly helpful and patient, and guided me through the process of registering online and filling out the customs form. We are hopeful the package arrives fine, and if it does we definitely will be using them again! The ship time via air was estimated 10-14 days and I found the pricing reasonable.It’s a little hard to find if you haven’t been there before, as the entrance is around the back of the shopping plaza and there was no signage on the street level. But if you go in the plaza, there is a sign for 45 R that points to the driveway around back, there’s a Ukrainian flag outside the door ☺️”

“A package was routed to this location and I had to pick it up for a family member. Unfortunately there was an issue with the way it was labeled so it looked like I wouldn’t be able to receive it, but the staff and management team here helped me work through the logistics of getting it. They take fraud protection here very seriously, which we appreciated, and they checked my identification against their system and connected with the recipient of the package to ensure they could release it to me. While it took a few moments to process, we certainly would rather have them air on the side of caution. Overall, a good experience with professional staff.”

“This post office does not deliver mail. All other services only. Such as, but not limited to, all mailing out/packaging & shipping services, p.o. box rentals, supplies, etc. Great customer service. Never really a long wait unless a customer holds up the line for whatever reason.”

LFL expediently moved a young adult to a graduate school apartment and later to a city apartment for work. Both moves required warehouse storage, multiple location pickups and drop-offs due to timing differences and furniture acquisition. 2022 & 2025
LFL twice orchestrated the moves of an elderly person designed to minimize the anxiety and confusion for that person. Pickup, Dropoff, and Setting up the new locations to look familiar were all completed while the person was enjoying an afternoon out with a caregiver. 2024 & 2025.”

“I like this Staples location.It's convenient and has more than you might realize.It's a UPS drop off spot so I have been using that to return Amazon packages lately.They recently set up a 2 aisle kids area with educational games and some crafts. Much less crowded place to grab a kid gift than a toy store.The copy center is great if you can speak to a staffer in the store.I've had some issues of online print shop orders not getting to the store correctly.Got my new years postcards printed through Staples with no problems.Love the clearance shelves.The office supplies are a little higher priced than our online overlord that starts with an A but it's convenient to see what you need to look at sizing and to take it home that day.Didn't think I would be reviewing a Staples but they're great.”
“Due too the recent snow storm it hasn’t been possible for my usual mail carrier in East Bridgewater, Ma to deliver my mail. So today I went in to pick it up and Dan helped me. From the time I went to the counter he greeted me w/ a smile. He was very efficient and polite. “I ship packages from here a lot and this is probably the most efficient post office I’ve ever been to. Today, I stopped by to inquire about a package that the tracking number said had been delivered but that I hadn’t received yet. The gentleman working in the mail room told me they didn’t have it there but that he’d reach out to the carrier and make sure it was delivered. Sure enough, one hour later, at 5:30pm I saw the mail truck coming up to my house and there they were with my packages. Exceptional experience all around! I thought those were lost.”

“I was very grateful to the gentleman today who brought my package out to my car for it was very heavy!
