We have used this facility serve times for returns typically and ever time it seems to be a hassle and an uncomfortable experience. The way they treat the customer leaves alot to be desired and nothing ever seems to be simple, like just drop off a return. Even when all the original packaging, labels and directions from the vendor are followed, they seem to always find an issue. Too bad as it is a convient location.
