Jud Wilson at the Ace Hardware store in Rockport, MA, is a rock star and MVP at this store. Jud is always helpful and knowledgeable, but he recently helped with a plumbing question that no one else in the store could help with. He took the time to find the right parts to solve my issue and was super helpful. He's a model employee and should be recognized as such.

They do not take proper inventory. Make sure you call before going, and when you show up they make no effort to even pretend to check.

Everyone was helpful and patient! Especially Bobby and Jud. They were very knowledgeable and got me what I needed for a project (in spite of a power outage).

Terrible store. 3rd time in a row I’ve gone for something that’s “in stock” in the store at this location, just to find out said item is out of stock. One of the 3 times I even ordered for pickup and was charged for an item that they lied about having in stock. Would be one thing if they were understaffed but every time I’m in there there’s at least 5 employees working. You’re telling me not one of them can update the stock online? Not making the mistake of taking my business here again.
