One of my favorite Trustees properties that I’ve visited (paired with the DCR Halibut Point State Park). Breathtaking views of the ocean and the former quarry is stunning. The trails are great for running (not very long but if you do all the loops you can hit 2.5-3 miles, and are well-maintained and mostly flat.

Great views, nice walking paths and perfect flat rocks for sunning on in the summer. This is a great place to get a sense of the scale of the old Cape Ann granite quarry industry.

I have just recently revisited the park and the work they have recently done is amazing. The Visitors Center/Fire-Control Tower has been refurbished and looks great. This park is amazing! I highly recommend visiting it when in the Rockport area. It has amazing views great for young children and tons of history. Great place!
