“I’m from Rochester NY. I drove over an unusually high bridge abutment leaving Boston for Cape Ann. It was so bad that I was concerned about the damage it may have caused to my car. When I arrived in Essex I looked over the car and there was a bulge in the sidewall of my front passenger tire. I did a Google search of local places and found a New England chain that was unwilling to get me in before I had the drive back home. They mentioned East Coast. I cruised over to East Coast and told the nice guy my story. He said he had to order the tire and could do it the next day. I’ll save you all the hoopla. East Coast delivered. What really surprised me is that this shop doesn’t sell Good Year tires. He looked at my tire for about two seconds. I told my wife when we left the shop after we first stopped there that there was no way this guy could have known the brand, make and size of the tire in the second he took to look at it and that awe’d probably end up with a Michelin (no big deal but I would prefer to match it). Boy was I wrong. Same tire, on time. Didn’t destroy my vacation. I can now safely drive home on Friday. East Coast Tire and Auto Repair Service is the best garage I’ve ever dealt with in any state. Thank you. You guys turned a possible nightmare into a positive experience. I’ll never forget it.”
