The Old Sloop, formally known as the First Congregational Church of Rockport, Massachusetts, is an open and affirming congregation of the United Church of Christ. The nickname "Old Sloop" was conferred by the fishermen, who thought the white façade of the church resembled a sail when seen from across Sandy Bay.
