I'm giving this location 5 stars not Boost mobile as a whole. Lissandra was very helpful for me when I lost my phone and needed a replacement. The corporate rep that I talked to on the phone was completely useless and Lissandra was able to assist me and help me when the customer service rep could not. Excellent service!

Boost mobile is seemingly closed permanently when we arrived. The store was empty and locked. Google Maps needs to update the location. Through the glass windows we saw, it was entirely empty . No furnishings, nothing.

Just a few days ago, after getting a call that my phone was due for an upgrade, I was provided pleasant and experty service by a young woman by the name of Yaz. She pointed out the various phones that I could exchange for and promoted me to the one I'm currently using. Honestly, her help, patience, and joyful banter made my day. Excellent employee service ? .

The service we Received today from this young lady was very outgoing she was patient with everyone who came into the store for service. And even though we sat for a couple of hours trying to get our service up and running she made it happen. We really do thank her very much for her help and Appreciate it ??

I came here to switch company’s because I was paying too much on my bill and I met with Marcus and he helped me with so much, I don’t know how to repay him lol! he got me a free month of service and my plan lowered! Definitely one of the best sale reps I have spoken with and he deserves a raise! Thank you Marcus for your assistance!!!

The agent who a help me today at the Roslindale location was very professional. I really enjoyed his level of care and accuracy with the job. I have been trying to port my phone to boost mobile since June 30th and it is July 8th at 4:55 pm this gentleman did it all with in minutes. This made my day! For now on I will travel to Roslindale instead of Blue Hill Boost mobile.

Very helpful girls ! I came in with phone problems and left with a brand new phone that I love ! Thank you so much , the manager was very helpful she answered all my questions and help me setup everything just the way I had it all my apps and pictures .The store was decorated so beautiful with good music and make you want to dance I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that need a phone! !! Best customer service experience 5 stars thank you so much!!!

Do not shop.thwre manager rude and unprofessional if I could give her a zero star I would she was supposed to give me life line service I had documents and I am.disabled they all misrepresent service

Very unprofessional. I'm not sure who runs it but the close or open whenever they feel like. Online says they are open then I get there and they have a note on the door that says they're closed and open tomorrow at 10:06 (random time) the notes not dated so who knows when it was left.
