WORST. BANK. EVER. Avoid at all costs. Most frustrating and incompetent bank I've ever dealt with. My father had a HELOC and a checking account at Citizens Bank, and when he passed away, I paid off the HELOC and tried to close the accounts. I am my father's executor and I have all the documents (death certificate, letters of authority etc) to prove it. I live in CA and they have no branches here so I have to do it by phone. I've had many, many phone calls with them and every time I get a different story and they ask me for something new. I've sent in the info they requested by physical mail, email and fax, but they still won't close the accounts. It's a nightmare. And whenever you send them any new information, it takes several weeks to get posted in their system.

They didn’t want to change a check because I don’t have a account with them and the check was from citizens and alway go and a different citizens bank and the do it for me bad serves

Not open till 10am and their atm machine is broken. Good management would open earlier since their atm is out of order. Such an inconvenience.

I have gone to many branches, but this one is the best. They are knowledgeable , friendly and efficient. I love the one stop banking/shopping. It is the best banking idea ever. Sometimes I have to decide whether to shop first or bank first, but the wait times are never extreme. I just read an article that Citizens is considering closing the store branches. I hope this is never one of the branches closed. The Roslindale Square branch is NOT a good alternative for various reasons, their service is the complete opposite.

Worst banking experience ever lived. I went to make a wire transfer, they debited my account and my money just disappeared. They said “An investigation is ongoing to find out if we made a mistake and see if the bank can reimburse your funds” what a terrible joke. They get almost 10k from my account and they said that.
