“Let me start by saying this is a five star review unless you have a fish. Hello, welcome to my review of the Popped Pouch. You will think this should be a one star review if you only had a fish, but you will not think it is a one star EXPERIENCE. It's a four Star experience plus one star if you have a cat or dog. This brings it to the fifth star. The P*** Porch has everything you'd dream of if you have dogful/catful fishless inside living. It's small but packed with canine and feline marineless necessities. Cool treats and quirky fun toys for pets as long as they are cats or dogs. They have one employee and sometimes that employee changes but the previous one comes back the next day and the newer one leaves until the first one is done with Jury Duty or whatever. They don't sell any fish food, or it might be in the back or something, just ask the employee if it's the first guy, he might say "no" though. I'm sure he says it in a nice way with a little animal pun joke.”

“Love this store! Colleen and Brittany go out of their way to help me every week. I come here to shop on behalf of a food pantry so I buy a large quantity of wet and dry dog and cat food every time I come. They help me get the best deals to make our limited budget stretch far (our clients love the PSP store brand, which is the best pricing!) Colleen helps me fill my cart, Brittany organizes everything for me at the counter and they both help me load my cart back up, and then Colleen always helps fill my car. They always remind me to put in my phone number and earn rewards - and those add up!! The store is always clean and organized and easy to navigate. I always have a great experience shopping here on the weekends, when other stores are usually so busy and the staff can't make time for anyone. Here, you feel like you're the only customer in the store every time you ask for assistance. Colleen and Brittany work so hard to keep this place running well!”

The store managers are always so kind and helpful and willing to order supplies that they may not carry in store. We ordered a fantastic dog bed (that our cat can't get enough of either) and leashes and pop in every few weeks for treats and other regular supplies. Highly recommend as a local pet supply store!”

“Awesome little shop. Staff is super kind and friendly. They always have nice brands and great foods. Nobody nearby sells Open Farm so it's nice to have a local spot. A bit small inside so if it's busy be prepared to wait/squeeze by but overall it's an awesome little shop. Found out about them through their Portland Maine shop and will be back many times to come.”

“We have been getting our dog food from this store for over 10 years, but recently our children wanted to get fish - we stopped in got everything we need, and had great advice on setting up the tank, and when to get fish- we came back 2 days later and the kids were greeted with helpful, and knowledgeable staff, that also went above and beyond to help them explore other pets we weren't going home with (Scorpion, ferret, etc) and gave them a Halloween treat. “I can not say enough good things about Paws in Play!! I've been taking my pup here for 7 years now and she absolutely loves it. Whether it's for a day of daycare or boarding, I know that she is well taken care of. Jess and Dave do a great job running this place and keeping things safe for all the dogs that walk through their door. They love each dog like they were their own!! The facebook page and snapchat accounts post pictures and videos of all the dogs having a great time whether its inside or out in the yards. Now they’re replaced by a dry coarse treat that turns to dust while trying to break up the treat options for what my dog likes”

“The last two years I have gotten my dog's birthday cake from here! I have had it shipped both times and both times the cakes came well packaged and still perfectly put together! They are absolutely adorable. Their cakes are chicken free, which is great since my dog has an allergy. I love how you can specify a theme and color you want. My dog absolutely loves the cake and literally pulled it out of my hands last night to eat it! When reaching out to the company on instagram with questions and customizations, they are so friendly and helpful! They even reached out to clarify that the hot dog toppers had chicken and asked what I would like instead. My friends have now also gotten cakes here and their dogs loved their cakes as well. I highly recommend!!”

“I’ve brought my dog Sherlock in a few times for a bath and nail trim. Last time we got a call “do you like the grinch toes or should I trim those?” (referring to our dog’s fur on his feet). We kept the “grinch” toes and both Sherlock and we were happy about it!Also they have a great supply of dog treats (and catnip toys that I supply to my in-law’s cat out in Bolton).”
