I am new to this branch of TD. I see that there are some bad reviews but the few times that I have been in this branch I was helped by both Nasim and Theo. They were both professional and provided me with great customer service.

The first time I visited this branch, I was greeted by Jennifer. She is very pleasant and personable. Today, we visited this branch again and were greeted by Jennifer once more. Just wanted to point out how amazingly attentive she is.

I see the reviews but have always had a good experience here with everyone I've interacted with. People ought to think about the way they treat others in general, just because you're the customer doesn't give you the right to be disrespectful to others.
