This bank is overrated. The drive atm always has problems whether it’s not accepting deposits or it’s just completely not working. The atm inside in the morning does not accept deposits of cash, only checks until a certain time. There has been multiple times where I try to make a deposit at the drive thru atm and I cannot. It’s extremely frustrating that I cannot have the atm available to do things that I need to with my account. At least once a month, there’s an issue with the atm’s. & the local atms do not accept deposits, only withdrawals and it just doesn’t satisfy my needs.

Very slow service i waited over 30 minutes for them to print me a debit card and then when i ask them for a update on the card they tell me they can’t do it and this is everytime i come to this branch there’s always something

This branch is horrible. They work super slow and the workers always have an attitude. Bad communication skills and can’t satisfy the customer. They need to learn how to have less attitude and actually communicate with customers when it comes to there services.

Absolutely horrible customer service, I don’t know why I bother coming to this branch. Every time you arrive at this branch there is an issue. They are always short staff, their tellers have no idea what they are doing half of the time and you have to walk them through to get the information you need.

I decided to write this review because when I looked up the branch phone number online I saw some poor reviews. Perhaps they’ve listen to some of the lower rated reviews because I’ve never had anything but a good experience since this branch opened which is a lot closer to me than the Fenway or downtown branch. I’ve always found everyone to be helpful and accommodating. They helped a friend of mine from Israel open an account temporarily for six months while he was here.I was so pleased with Td Bank that I moved my business accounts over from another bank so I had everything in one place and can easily do things online with the same login. Their system also easily downloads into Quicken which My Previous bank always had problems with.

Spoke to Jenesa and Chris. Both were rude. One of them was talking over me on the phone and the other was swearing at me profusely. Escalated complaint to TD bank. This bank should be shut down anyways because they aren’t being Covid-19 safe

This is the worst TD branch I have ever been to. During COVID-19 they haven't been following TD Banks guidelines or the government guidelines. The never care to help people coming inside the store so there will be 6+ people in the lobby and then there's plenty of staff or a customer or two inside which makes it more than 9 people. They're not supposed to have the gate either that locks us out of the lobby but they do. Staff are very mean. Put myself in the virtual line to wait outside but no one helped me to maintain social distance. When I called them it said the line didn't exist anymore and I'd have to wait inside with all the people or walk to the drive thru window. I don't have a car so actually hoe does that make sense. If the virtual line no longer exists why is it still hung up on the doors and why is there a jumbo poster asking us to use it??? They were also extremely rude. Chris had poor customer service is was yelling and talking over me as well as having an outburst. Janesa I think actually was swearing to me saying she don't give a f*** about no virtual line and that they were gonna deny service if I didn't fix my tone, not sure which ones cuz they were the ones yelling at me. I only had to exchange change. It literally would have took two seconds. I would have used the machine if there weren't so many people in the building and they accepted rolled coins at the machine. Definitely a place to avoid. I hope Chris and Janesa are fired for there customer skills. I will not go back to this place and called and spoke to a supervisor for TD bank because this place needs to be shut down for not following government recommendations. Maybe I'll call them next, after all, Chris told me to. So unprofessional

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in dealing with banks. Opened an account for my 15 year old son. He never received his card in mail or account information. I call the bank only to be told the account was closed because it wasnt properly open which is why we didnt receive his card. My question now is were is the deposit that we used to open the account ...know one could tell me. Still waiting

I COME TO THIS TDBANK JUST BECAUSE OF JONATHAN. HE IS SUCH AN INCREDIBLE PERSON TO SPEAK TO. GIVES YOU ALL THE INFORMATION THAT YOU MAY NEED RIGHT THERE ON THE SPOT. I CAME BY TODAY BECAUSE MY CARD WAS LOCKED OUT AND HE TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY THAT EVERYTHING WOULD BE RESOLVED AND IT DID. I HONESTLY APPRECIATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT JONATHAN HAS GAVEN ME AND MY FAMILY WHEN WE NEED TO RESOLVE A PROBLEM. WHILE WAITING. I COULDNT HELP BUT HEAR THE OTHER PEOPLE TALKING IN A NEGATIVE WAY TO HIM JUST BECAUSE THEY DIDNT WANT TO APPROVE HIS VACATION TIME THAT HE HAD REQUESTED 6 MONTHS AGO.... These guys are great. Since ive moved to Boston this has to be the best customer service that ive experienced so far. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and from there on there's nothing but smiles and willingness to help you!
