“Outside is decievingly rough, there are some older weathered antiques outside but inside there are some very fine and unique pieces amidst apparent replicas and new pieces of furniture and some very attractive non-antique adornments to purchase. Prices were premium as was the quality.”
“There’s something for everyone here - there’s 15+ curators with a variety of antiques and vintage items, from home goods to jewelry, home made soaps, and some clothing options. The prices fluctuate but there are affordable options. The owner was so friendly and gave us tips for our weekend in the area. There are parking spots right in front of the shop, although limited, we didn’t have any trouble finding a spot. Highly recommend.”

“We stopped here recently while driving through Essex. This is a fun store on the local antique trail. The antiques here tend to be more on the "upper" end, focusing on furniture and artwork. There is parking available out front, and the owner was cheerful and welcoming. Well worth a stop if you're out hunting for antique furnishings. “Very eclectic shop. Lots of great nautical and hardware items. You definitely should take a few passes through the shop. There's lots of treasures hidden here. And don't forget to look outside the building on both sides. Lots of great yard items out there.”
“I went to this place on a Friday evening. The store owner, Joanne was super kind and came to the store and opened it for me even though she had to walk her dog. She had beautiful paintings she made all around and pretty cards she painted on as well. Her items were of excellent quality and I got a nice beanie and scarf and handmade soaps from there. Overall, she's wonderful and I'm happy she's one of 9 women owned businesses in the area. I'd recommend this to be a must visit.”

Prices are on the higher side, but the items are interesting and well curated. Overall, a good place to browse if you enjoy antiques (on the expensive side) and one-of-a-kind finds.”
“I saw the stained glass and decided to pop in. Not what I expected but I was delighted. I enjoyed the eclectic Ware's and purchased a couple items. A cute rabbit head brass hook for my adult child's birthday, a couple small vintage boxes and some beautiful hand made jewelry. The staff were great too. Not just polite but kind and humourous.”

“Visiting Amesbury, I found Madeline’s Antiques & Collectibles by happenstance as I was driving up Market Street. Inside, I saw a number of items that I liked. The best thing was a large wall hanging of a music staff. It was too big for my house. It was one of several one-of-a-kind things i saw in the shop. The man in the shop was very pleasant to talk with. He was tending the shop while the owner was away. I rate Madeline’s Antiques & Collectibles at 4.50 and can recommend a visit. “Map placement is close, but not quite. It's to the north of the pin a few hundred feet. Colossal inventory in close quarters. Furniture and other items in pretty good to excellent condition. If you are up for an antiquing adventure, plan to spend time in this place. Bring a flashlight - will help see details. Lighting is fine, but there's a lot of shadows. We got several items we really like.”
