I can't say enough good things about the staff. They're so supportive, and kind, and patient. The lesson horses are all wonderful, amazing creatures, with great ground manners. My daughter has found her best friends within her group lesson which really doesn't happen everywhere. Chrislar has been a true haven for her.

Wonderful experience with Chrislar for the last year and a half (and hopefully many more!). Beautiful horses with lots of personality, great instructors, nice indoor and outdoor spaces for riding lessons.

omg i love it!! i had my first lesson with my trainer, sarah. she is super nice and funny ! i rode with charlie, the lesson horse. he was beautiful. on my first lesson i learned to groom, tack, untack, and obviously, ride. when riding, i learned to post. that is what i learned on my FIRST lesson here at chrislar. i’m not sure about other people’s experience, but i am so happy and grateful!! glad to be coming here next week :)

My son began 4 years ago taking lessons after getting the Boy Scout horsemanship merit badge. He now has his own horse thanks to Chris! He learned so much from his trainor and all the staff he took lessons from. He loves riding with his group class which has become like family. Most of all he loves his horse and his favorite lesson horses. This barn is exceptional in providing a good experience. I highly recommend it.

I've had my Morgans with various trainers over the years and I have to say that Chris/Chrislar Farm is tops. Horses are handled with care and love and Chris does a fantastic job of keeping owners informed about what is going on. She is also very business savvy and knows how to market a horse.

Both myself and my daughters have had a positive experience at Chrislar. The staff is the absolute best. They take their time and make sure you not only understand how to ride but also how the horse reacts under different situations and styles. They provide the 'whole' experience. Facilities are wonderful and the clientele are friendly as well!
