We have used Gino’s a couple of times. The staff is always professional and the body work is indistinguishable from the factory original. They do great work and I highly recommend them.

Got backed into and needed a tail light housing. Gino’s collision made the whole process so easy. Chris was a very funny and relatable person to talk to and Jackie was also super kind and reassuring. They got the job done way quicker than I thought no questions asked. Highly recommend.

Ginos ,repaired my car quickly and also delivered my car cleaned, inside and out, which was a surprise and was so appreciated by me! Ginos had to fix a small issue that cropped up after 3 years and they took my car in and made the fix,no Questions asked!
They kept me updated with the app./notifications which helped me plan my week.The staff is friendly and professional!
Iam very,very happy with my car and I will be recommending Ginos to friends and family!

And the work quality looks like.... It never happened.
No sign of the dents. Totally invisible. Paintwork is perfect, absolutely perfect.
Like it's a brand new car from the dealership!

No hesitation in recommending them. We've experienced it directly, when the car looked destroyed by a mega back end impact, got it back looking like showroom condition! And this time repairing a careless parking dent!

Great experience! Just got a follow up call from Gino's checking in to see if all was well after the repair to my vehicle. From the first call to see if they could do the repair, to their explanation of what needed to be done and now the follow up, Gino's staff were professional, knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about Gino’s Auto Body in Rowley. I was driving N on Rte 1 when my tire blew out on me. Saw they were just down the road so called them. They were extremely professional and so kind to me over the phone. They came right away, towed my car to their place and put my spare on all at no cost to me. I’ll do business with them any day. Thank you SO much Gino’s.
