Placed an order and never received a product!! TERRIBLE customer service!!!! They don't respond the emails. They don't answer the phone and you can't leave a message!!!! I've been shopping there since the 80's! Mr Kim knew my child's father by name....so sad how they've let the business go!!! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! Next stop....small claims court!
