  I came on a Tuesday and there were 3 people “working”. They said they could help me in a few minutes, but stayed behind the counter just talking to each other about work commutes etc. I waited for 15 minutes and left.   Chase is always great. Even if this branch got bad review, I'm sure it is still better than any other banks in the area.

  I was there yesterday and I had an appointment. and she was just talking with another customer about their own business. I was waiting 45 minutes and I had to leave around. She never apologized to me.
