I came on a Tuesday and there were 3 people “working”. They said they could help me in a few minutes, but stayed behind the counter just talking to each other about work commutes etc. I waited for 15 minutes and left. There were two other people who came in behind me. No one was helped. What a waster of a beautiful building

Chase is always great. Even if this branch got bad review, I'm sure it is still better than any other banks in the area.

I was there yesterday and I had an appointment. and she was just talking with another customer about their own business. I was waiting 45 minutes and I had to leave around. She never apologized to me.

Need access to money from your Chase account during early hours or maybe even a little later after work? Well then don’t even bother going to this Chase location. They purposely deactivated the card reader at the door so that you cannot enter to use the ATM. Chase is a great bank overall, but this location just stinks.

Got charged $10 to change one of there checks. Teller was rude also old me to go to my bank if I didn’t like it. Didn’t get her name but she had dreads in a bun at the window! Rude and no regards to financial business.

Bankers don't understand the fee structure (or are actively lying about it), opened a bank account assured by the banker that I would qualify for $0 fee, now I got slapped with account fees.Appointments can be made with bankers on days the banker isn't actually working.Also location is randomly temporarily closed on days when you need it. Call the local branch nr to confirm they are open before making the trip there.

The staff at this location in Roxbury, MA are incredibly delightful and personable! They exude so much positivity with their energy and are always so helpful when I visit. Whether it's just a quick ATM withdrawal, deposit, or questions regarding accounts, this location is, by far, the best! Kudos to everyone there!!!!
