The customer associate I dealt with was very kind, which is why I gave any stars at all to this review. Metro in every single poor neighborhood is taking advantage of those who can't leave their neighborhood for lack of Transportation disability Etc when you walk in looking for a replacement phone or a new phone, unless you've never used Metro before you are going to get raked over the coals. The cheapest phones will not be in stock and don't even get me started on the $25 cases that are 1 cm too small for the "newer "phones( nothing different just one centimeter smaller so you can't use your old case)
I am so sick of this company and you would think that they would at least try to show a return on their loyalty with scholarships, actual discounts and actual assistance with the customers that are having trouble. They use the entire emergency Broadband program as if it's their own, as if they are giving you some sort of discount rather than the government!!!!!!!
As for accessibility, you can imagine. No wheelchair or Mobility impaired person could ever enter, move around or exit this store freely and without assistance. Ridiculous. You should treat your employees really well because that's the only thing that gives this company any kind of compassionate frame.

Agent was disrespectful, rude, and talked down to me the moment I entered the store. I came in today to ask for help about what my international plan options were when I travelled to Europe in two weeks. Guy asked for my phone - I gave it to him. Turns out he needed it because he wanted to go look up what T-Mobile plan I had. I don't understand why he didn't just ask me what plan I had. I could've told him in one second. He assumed I knew nothing. Then he proceeded to answer all my questions with disrespect and talked down to me. The other agents overheard him giving me wrong information too and corrected him. He would correct me often with rudeness whenever I said something or asked him anything. He made this experience so stressful. No one should ever be talked down to like this as a customer. I hope no one else has to deal with him

So this review is for T-Mobile as a corporation. They were given the chance to match other carriers promotions but wouldn't. They spent more time explaining to me, how I wouldn't qualify for the other carriers promotion. Then when I made it clear that I was just going to go to the other carrier they acted as it was a card game and that they were just calling a bluff. I'll be leaving T-Mobile once I pay off all phones. They obviously do not care for one as a current customer but rather only aim to make knew customers happy.

I wanted to give it a 0 but 1 is the lowest! This store in Boston on Washington St.is the worst cell phone store I've ever been in.Glen the not an expert has lied to me since March 2020.T- Moblie says no contracts. You would make out better with one.How sneaky they are! If you buy a couple of devices that were half off.T-Moblie makes you pay full price if they s@$! and want to go eleswhere!Something for $ 1000 would double if you wanted to leave before 24 months. They will NEVER tell you this! I paid big bucks for a free phone. In the hundreds...They lied about my bill for months telling me it was what I thought it should be.After covid opened up.I found out they lied to me and put coupons in my bill to bring it down without me knowing.I was only paying the shut off .I didn't know this.THE FREE PHONE WASN'T FREE because I kept an old phone number. This also WASN'T told to me..There should be laws for this horrible service!

I just experienced the WORST customer service experience in my LIFE. I spent years in retail and customer service and this really ruined my day and possibly my LONG STANDING relationship with TMobile. I waited 2 HOURS waiting for the manager to assist me. Everything was great until he decided to ignore me until the store closed. I patiently waited for hours to purchase my new Samsung 20 5G phone and supposedly the manager completely forgot to check me out as the store was approaching closing hours. This difficult women completely intersected the middle of my transaction and he assisted her for almost a full hour before getting back to assist me. When he ended his interaction with her, he went about his closing duties as I'm thinking he's going to start checking me out. He then proceeded to close the store out back behind my back and have one of his very new associates come out and say "how can I assist you we're closed?" I left infuriated. I have NEVER felt more discriminated against and/or ignored in my life. Supposedly his grape vine excuse was "I thought he was just charging his phone." I will be giving corporate a call in the morning. This was a waste of 2.5 hours of my time trying to purchase the new Samsung S20. I am saddened and very upset.

(Pre-2/19/2020 with COVID-19)Mid afternoon one day, I decided that pop into T-Mobile to ask a few questions about how to use their service during my upcoming international travel. They weren't crazy busy, so they had time to spend on me.How can I use my plan's included International service without getting charged for phone calls? How do I make sure any call I make while I am out there is using wifi calling? Is there a way to shut down the mobile service for calling? The lady suggested that i could turn on airplane mode when I have wifi before trying to make a wifi call. The fellow told me that I would have unlimited data and texting, but noted that as long as I didn't pick up a call or place one while I am out there, then I wouldn't be charged for a call. But at least it would only be 25 cents a minute for calls while I'm out of the country.Online searches turned up tips such as turning off Roaming (connection to data services) to turn off cellular data completely when you're out of the country. "If you choose this option, you'll still be able to get phone calls and texts whenever you're logged into a Wi-Fi network or hotspot. But your phone will not send or receive data on networks such as 3G, 4G, or LTE." However, I suspect that would basically kill the T-Mobile International benefit and would be a better idea for those on other plans/services.To minimize data use:Go to phone Settings - go to Accounts & sync - click to turn off Auto-Sync.International Travel Call Forwarding**21*18056377249#To turn off International Travel Call Forwarding##21#Tip -Download Apps/maps/info ahead of time, while at home.
