I nearly changed from T-Mobile to any other service providers when this place told you can't top up unlimited data and calls for prepaid even after I waited for one month, I had to go to downtown T-Mobile to get this service, horrible and misleading customer service.

After a nightmare with T-Mobile for the last 12 days, Estefany provided exceptional customer service. She explained everything thoroughly, was very kind and provided nothing but positivity and solutions. She was able to get my phone back up and running! I highly recommend the professionalism of this location and their mobile experts. I will be returning to add a new iPad line to my account with Estefany very soon! Thanks again!

The first time I went to this store, I had a great experience but the sim card they gave me to fix my internet issue only worked for about 3 days. After talking to somebody on the phone, they recommended going back to the store for a new tower as it would be quicker than shipping one to me. After my second time at the store, I came back home and tried to set it up but it still didn't work. I went back to the store 40 minutes before closing but the doors were locked and they refused to help me, suggesting that I go to Braintree to deal with it instead. Ultimately, I went to the store at South Bay and they were extremely helpful and figured out that the problem was that the employee at the Roxbury store did not activate the tower/my account nor even mark that it was given to me in inventory. The Roxbury store costs me 3 hours of my time solving an issue that could have taken only 30 minutes. Lesson learned: avoid this store.

I was having trouble working the app... which resulted in NO first responder discount... I was beyond frustrated. I went into the Warren Street location for some assistance. Wilson & Leslie we're working and both helped me. They're very professional and was super accommodating. They went above and beyond to help me. They both deserve a raise. Thank you Wilson & Leslie!!

Horrible "restock" policy! This store gives a "free watch" and then charges you to return it. This policy was not pointed out or explained in the sales process. This policy is financially oppressive, mean spirited and not funny or cute. I urge the owner to change this dysfunctional policy and I urge the community to stop doing business with companies that rip us off.

I felt that the store work missed represented the company by miss information on a product that he sold me two lines when I did not ask for it, by selling me a phone and stating that the watch phone was free, when it wasn't. Stink UGH, BEEN WITH THEM FOR ALMOST 2 DECADES so SAD I WOULD HAVE BEVER THOUGHT, ALL FOR WHAT A PROMOTION, DECIEVE YOU CUSTOMER

Normally I receive service within 5 minutes but today I had to wait for more than 20 mins to pay my bill. Otherwise, they are very helpful.
